Trying to complete my profile

I have a thing at the top of my screen that say step 2 is to complete my profile. When I click it I go to a screen asking me to login again. I put in my information but it just says something went wrong and to try again. Any idea what I can do.  I am wanting to fill out an APP and try to join the server. Maybe I am doing something wrong?
