I'm Leonardo Roberts, new to the city and looking to have a place to stay and enjoy my free time when not going to events or working. I'm still a bit poor, so looking for a 1G home on the cheaper side to rent. I am a clean, diligent tenant, and can pay a month of rent up front now, or first and last month of rent if given a bit of time.

Just looking for somewhere to lay my head at night. How much would yours cost a month?

If that time doesn’t work for you we can always get together this Friday or weekend : )
