Multiplayer connection error when joining

Issue Being Reported: Game Malfuntion when joining, never successfully connects but still loads me into the game where I cant move or call the medics for some reason. Its as if I'm in a different dimension unable to text anyone or pm or even call and administrator to fix this.

Evidence and/or notes worth mentioning: Attachments below - It just say connecting to Eclipse server but never finishes connecting which is bizarre, is there a way of knowing if I've been banned or not.
