They are located on the map and are numbered 27, 28, and 29 on Alta St. These 3 apartments have excellent access to the bank, clothing store, barbers, tattoo parlor, shops, and are a perfect place to hang with your friends. I'm hoping to get around $300,000 for each but am open to offers (both individually and as a group). please leave a phone number if interested or simply leave an offer! If you are looking for something cheaper, the properties are all available for renting. Rent is $10,000 a month (((week))) for each property and needs to be paid ahead of the following month. 3 months rent will be $25,000 (this would need to be paid up front to take advantage of the half rent/3rd month) All properties are available for viewing at your leisure.
