I don't think you're allowed yet, because it needs to be approved by a staff member that it won't give you any advantages in-game. Quote

Just make sure that you gain no advantage over others when installing client sided mods. If you want to be in the super clear, just contact a staff member to review the mod that you're wanting to install and see if there are any issues with it.
