Jeff Thompson Posted July 20, 2019 Report Posted July 20, 2019 Short and simple suggestion. How do you get a ticket if you speed with a vehicle from the scrapyard? That vehicle isn't on your name since you didn't buy it from the original owner. I think this is a serious problem. 2
