This award is an overall congratulation for selfless commitment, achievement, and excellence in their supervisory duties of the department. A supervisor who achieves the 'Supervisor of the Month' award is an exemplary member of the department's supervisory team and someone who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model. - This month, we would like to recognize the astonishing work effort, dedication and passion that Police Sergeant II John Wallace has shown. Since returning to the Los Santos Police Department after having resigned as a Police Captain and exemplary Command Member, Sergeant Wallace has shown nothing but the best effort towards his duties as a supervisor of the Los Santos Police Department. Sergeant Wallace is a humble but fair supervisor, and his ability to exercise the best judgment in the field has made him an exemplary supervisor, one which others should look up too. Sergeant Wallace's dedication to his responsibilities off-field is indisputable, most importantly, we would like to recognize Sergeant Wallace's joint-effort in the Field Training Program, a program which he was recently appointed the Commanding Officer off after that Lieutenant Daniels Shelby stepped down from it. Sergeant Wallace and over and over again proven precise and efficient handling of paperwork and has truly shown the ability to mentor and guide Police Cadets and Field Training Officers alike. Sergeant John Wallace first applied and passed the Sergeant Training Program with flying colors in July 2017, and he climbed through the hierarchy and eventually ended his career with the Los Santos Police Department as a Police Captain. On January 10th, 2019, Sergeant Wallace reinstated into the Los Santos Police Department as a Senior Lead Officer, and he yet again passed the Sergeant Training Program with flying colors and has since shown nothing but impeccable efforts. Sergeant John Wallace currently serves as a Field Supervisor of Rockford Precinct and the Commanding Officer of our Field Training Program, two positions which he excels in. Sergeant John Wallace will be rewarded with a bonus payment of $1,000.00 (( $100,000.00 )). An officer who achieves the 'Officer of the Month' award is an exemplary member of the department and someone who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model. - This month, we would like to recognize the astonishing work effort, dedication, and passion that Police Officer Kristofer Avens has shown. In the month of May, Officer Avens has logged approximately 210 shift hours, approximately 65 of them being Air Support Hours, and in addition to his extreme dedication in the field, we would also like to recognize Officer Aven's dedication to immaculate paperwork as well, which goes to show that Officer Avens is an exemplary officer and through his effort, he sets a precedent. We would also like to recognize the extreme dedication that Officer Avens shows in our Air Support Division. Through his effort in the helicopter, he has saved countless lives and prevented countless violent crimes, and his passion for flying and providing aerial cover for his colleagues on the ground hasn't gone unnoticed. Officer Kristofer Avens currently serves as a Patrol Officer and Field Training Officer of Mission Row, a precinct where he sets a good precedent of proper police work. We would also like to wish Officer Kristofer Avens best of luck as he's currently trying to qualify for the Sergeant Training Program, if accepted, he will be training towards potentially becoming a supervisor of the Los Santos Police Department. Officer Kristofer Avens graduated from the Los Santos Police Academy on February 18th, 2019 and he graduated from our Field Training Program on Mar 4th, 2019. Through hard work and dedication, he has risen through the hierarchy. Officer Kristofer Avens will be rewarded with a bonus payment of $1,000.00 (( $100,000.00 )).
