For fishing, you could have a boat to buy to go on a fishing point offshore and make more money. For mining, one could think of a system of trucks to buy that would take more minerals in one go. We could set up the possibility of buying warehouses for trucks, fish and minerals to have a delivery bonus. It would be well to balance the transport because the "rented" trucks are more economical than a truck bought in the direction where the gasoline is delivered each time and that the rental is "free"
