How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
In the two seperate scenarios, players decided to tackle a Correctional Officer armed with a shotgun with the intent of taking him hostage. During both of these situations, shots were fired which escalated the situation from a threat to actual deadly consequences. The players did not appropiately fear for their lives.
