Reason for Transfer:

IC:  Alen is Miles's brother in law because he Married Ally who is Kelly's sister. Miles and Alens relationship is good. Miles know Alen would be the better fit for the Kamacho than it is for Miles. Also Alen wanna to get rid of scout. 

OOC: I want Alen to using right vehicles as he is in The Lost, so Kamacho would fit well for him due to lore of the MC. Only one car and 2 bikes also mule. once he rid of scout (sell) 

How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved?
