How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)
I was on the way to humane to grab mats, but then got called on radio that loco was possibly going to push as he refused to leave in Galilee labs where my 2 other members are cooking there. So i turn around then speed up toward Galilee labs. Once i arrived i noticed Yellow car was there along with grey Kamacho. Which i had feeling its was Loco and Revenent. Grey Kamacho starting to ramming me without any demand. I even let him know im deaf in oocly but still nothing was said to me in second. He then turn around, i try to follow yellow car but i turn around later on to check on my people (The Lost) once i arrived back down the labs. i see a dude from kamacho hop out and begin shooting at us.. I try to going on top of hills to see where he is while i was checking if they killed one of our members. He then chased me i was fully confused the whole time due to no demands. At the end he killed me along with Revenent.

Hey there! Ethan Hirano here ID 74. 

Just a few things i want to mention quickly while this is fresh in my head. This is not my first interaction with this group in that hour. Previously me and my buddy were tryna get a cook in and we rolled into sea lab and seen this man and armed. We gave demands and shots were fired which led to a white komacho pulling up as i assume to be also a member of this faction and we then flee the scene and get a very short chase. We then go to sewers lab were a solo attacks rafael (my friend) and the loco gets him to banning and helps him and we all agree on going to lab to try steal some cooks, we roll about and say on freq that lost are actively holding labs up north which is then when we spot them at gailee and my friend then crashes and unable to load back in. with me and the loco left out of the 9 people in the server we decide to attempt to rob the 2 lost members inside gailee which then one dies ( not involved with me ) and the other flees. Then a chase starts on the scout, i wasnt really gonna be involved initially with hands them and that just a lookout to see where they go, the freq goes quiet and i assume my loco friend had died so i push in to make sure hes okay and i dont see him, then i start being rammed by the scout as seen in the clip so i then let the loco do the work as i did not want to commit any back up breach, I head to sandy to fill up as i was low fuel and being chased and rammed multiple times so i hear that he stalled the lost member on freq and go to the location and point my gun as i knew he was aimed and actively fighting back. Main reason for me helping with the last part is him being armed and dangerous and him ramming plus our old interactions with fleeing and shots being fired. Just wanting to add i never shot a single person nor aimed a gun at anyone else but him.

Hey, hope everyone is doing great! I'm Marcos ID 1. Like Ethan said, I was rolling labs. I went to sewers and saw one person who I talked to for a bit, and then revenants came "Rafael," he hopped out with an AK on his back, but he didn't hold it or aimed at anyone, anyways that person at sewers lab shot him with the pump (he thought he was a threat), as I was there and locos and revenants are cool, I decided to make that person chill and provided help to the injured person from revenant. I took him in my macho and went to black market. After helping him, he gave me good information that lost was seen cooking at sealabs, 1 white macho, 1 black macho, 1 black scout. After I got this information, I told them to give me freq, not to roll, but for more info, "be on the lookout." Anyways I went to sealabs and didn't find them. I then figured that the nearest open lab is right lake so I went there, and saw 1 black macho, 1 white macho, where both of the machos were blocking both the entrances to the lab. Nevertheless, I knew that they are lost, and the scout wasn't in the area so I figured when I fight them, the scout will come to assist them. After shouting in /s to talk with the two lost inside of the lab, I decided to go further back and just go in circles for now, check from the back to see that there is no ambush, and that scout. After that I see that the black macho was trying to leave, (2 Stacked) and I pressed the CTRL+Z to go on shout so they can hear me. I tried to ram them and block with my macho to hop out and give demands. I was even ramming at low speed, my intention wasn't even to stall them. When I hopped out, and gave demands to the black macho, they started to drive away, after that I started to shoot their tires only, I didn't aim at their heads or anything to shoot them, only tires to try and disable them. After that the scout came to backup their friends, where I knew that the scout is in fact Lost and was trying to help their friends from the information I got from revenants. I tried to ram the scout and tell him pull over, after he said in /b, I switched my focus on finding the black macho again (which was my primarily focus). I was also keeping eye on the scout if he came back as I was 1v3. I saw that a girl was in the lab, I entered, she pointed the .50 on me, I shot her down and killed her. The scout then comes back for the second time, along with the black macho. I then started to shoot the black macho, trying to get tires, and my focus was shifting on the two as they were actively infront of me. After I tried chasing the macho, she went away, where I saw the scout again, hopped out, and tried to shoot his tires; also not him. He went away, (he literally flyed in the air with his scout trying to get away). Anyways I went back and tried to find the black macho again, as I believed it had the cook or the "bigger reward." The scout was seen third time to go back and circle at me AGAIN. He had enough time and chances; more than three times to call it a day and run like his other friend, but he wanted to be a hero. That's when I said I had enough, I shouted in /s pull over, and he kept going and escaping. I kept chasing, shot his tires, also not him, where he then crashed but didn't stall. As stuborn he is, I kept chasing, and he went near the Freeway, now it's a risk for me as it's on the freeway, anyways I tried to shoot him, then shot his tires again where he crashed and stalled. I went there tried to block him from running away with my macho, (didn't know he would hop out, and in my screen he was still in the car where I blocked, I wasn't even speeding or ramming him when I tried to block him.) I then shot him down as he had a pump on his back.
For revenants part: Ethan did not do anything at all, or shot a single bullet, or even pushed with me inside the lab, all he did was giving me information, letting me know if something was up, and being around the area. He did not hop out, or assist me in killing them, or fighting them at any time from the beginning to the end. I was 1v3 and I did not need any assistance or anything at all, I got the good intel; acted on it, and that's it.

Hey again! Thanks for Scarface taking this report, hope u having a wonderful day. The reason was for INTEL only, nothing more, nothing less, and like i said above "I told them to give me freq, not to roll, but for more info, "be on the lookout." After I finished with the interaction i switched back to my freq. Revenants did not push with me, help me on ground, assist me with anything else but good INTEL, especially when I helped their friend to black market and made that guy at sewers to be chill about them and not rob them.

Hello Scarface!

 

Just like Marcos said, I wasn’t there to help him fight I was purely there for lookout. I didn’t shoot a single bullet or engage in a fight as seen in the first pov, I mainly say far away from the lab and kept lookout. That is the full reason for the joint freq, My buddy Rafael informed him of the situation of lost holding and he then asked for a freq and if we can lookout. Nothing more! 
 

just to add from Evelyn’s POV: She says in faction chat “I almost got him” indicating that she’s dead and “He had a carbine and a vest” Which could be on the verge of metagaming as she ic info through f chat and gave her friends this info mid fight.
