Samael Hesperus's history in food service in Los Santos started with a dream, a restaurant people can meet up in, hang out in, get engaged and devour amazing food.
The Journey began when Samael attempted to purchase the Burger Shot Franchise; however, the current owner was not interested in selling the profitable business Samael built for them. Samael began searching for the perfect business location to open his own restaurant.

8 Elgin Ave, in the Legion Square was empty, so the Journey Began.

After the property was purchased Samael began construction and looking for staff to run this glorious business.

Frenchies
We held out first advent, it was very much Sudden. A member of the Los Santos City Government came down, and really enjoyed the experience and hosted a raffle to sponsor our venue.  We had our highest profit margin of any other business day during this raffle and actually began selling out of food. This raffle also enabled us to begin the Renovations of the second floor and begin working towards completing construction on this building. I am posting a little sneak peak of what to expect from the more formal dining hall, above the bar level.

First few customers of the night
Our first few customers had my undivided attention and probably had the best experience I could offer. We had one couple on date night, dressed to the occasion, and a handful of friends as well.

The Hard Work
Its a lot of hard work to cook, serve, build, and run a business. I may own Frenchies, that doesn't mean I am afraid to get my hands dirty. Some one took a picture of me hard at work in the kitchen prepping meals to perfection.

The Raffle

I really don't have much to say about the raffle. I never in my wildest dreams expected such a large crowd so early in the venture. It was amazing and I am very grateful to all whom attended. Here are some pictures of that part of the evening.
