Character to Transfer From: Isabella Fonto 
Character to Transfer To: Ava Willow

Requested Transfer: 8F Drafter

Reason for Transfer: - I would like to join SD at some point and would like a decent car to get around the city going back and fourth from the city to sandy. 

IC: I have recently created Ava Willow and would like for her to get a vehicle so she can get around the city.

OOC: I would like the car so I don't have to work a lot just to get a decent car to drive in.

How would you transfer the asset(s) if approved? - Isabella Fonto would run into Angela Blair and give her the vehicle and then Angela would run into Ava Willow and give her the vehicle.
