I would like to appeal my punishment because I believe that the admin who made the decision missed or got some details of the event wrong. Once I was injured and placed into the trunk, I never took off running again. I did get out of the trunk and use an animation that made me lay on the ground which can be shown in the video. The video shows both of these things to be true and the admin is mistaken on this point.

I was roleplaying my injuries because I had been wounded and rendered unconscious and my screen was bloody and my heart beat was beating fast...once that happened after they ran me over and put me in the trunk, I never took off running and they shot and killed me. I was also under the impression that a person can not be both kidnapped and killed and that you can ONLY do either or...either kidnap someone and take 30 min of their time if you choose OR kill them which results in 30 min NLR. 

Further more, the player making the accusation against me continues to lie. I never got out of my moving vehicle to loot any body and I never stepped foot into a lab until the player kidnapped me and took me to one. I flew in, logging into the city already at paleto park. Never communicated with anyone at all in any form...My first communication for that day would have been when i said to bongo "if your police light me up" and the next time I spoke is seen in the video. Bongo does indeed begin his footage at the middle of the chase and does not show his innitial spotting of me or interaction with me.

I did acknowledge that I shouldnt have made those OOC comments and know that I will be more careful of what I say in OOC comments in the future. At the moment it seemed insane to me that I would be ran over and DM in front of police and fire stations and I was just taken aback by what I believe to be blatant rule breaking. Im also wondering why they would not punish these guys for doing these things and are accepting the excuse of.... Ulla failed to get out of the car at gun point and even cant get their story straight since bongo claimed he found me looting bodies and I got in my car and ran from him. None of this ever happened. I have been 100% honest and the server logs would show that. I never went to a lab that day until he kidnapped me and took me to one in order to kill me and as I already stated I was told that you cant do both kidnapping and killing. 

Why are they allowed to make the excuse "its ok that we did all these things to her that we shouldnt have cuz the roleplay was void as soon as she ignored our demands" Are you telling me that if someone pulls up to ur car, says pull over...while they also are driving both cars are moving no one got out of the car, no one pointed a gun at me. I thought I was being pulled over by a police officer cuz I could not see who was in the vehicle and the person never got out of the vehicle or pointed a gun at me until after I crashed.

I dont understand why these guys are allowed to do this on this server It makes people not want to play here. In their own video they are incriminating themselves with the same accusations they make against me and if its true that their fule breaks are going to be allowed because the rp is void because they claim i didnt respond correctly, then since they are lying about the innitial beginning of the encounter, the whole thing should not have happened in the first place. They are using that excuse and ur allowing it when they are the ones who NEVER should have chased me down the highway in a car i never drive wearing a different mask and outfit that no one had seen. He was even asked to provide how he knew it was me and show the entire encounter and couldnt. His vid shouldnt count as evidence at all since he can not provide how the encounter began and has only given the recording of the last half. These guys chased me up and down the highway. They lie and change their story is inconsistent regarding how and why he innitially tried to pull me over and he even lies and says he did pull me over and held me at gunpoint and that I then got bak in my car and drove away that he saw me looting a body. I never got out of my car nor looted anything nor picked up anything nor entered any lab. I was just driving down the highway in the direction of my apartment. 

They chased me down the highway forced me to crash merely for the purpose of kidnapping me and killing me. I know they are going to kill me anyways and they know I dont have drugs or guns on me because I never do. This is just for harassment because they are bored and extremely unrealistic and I dont think I should be punished if they are not also punished because they are the ones that began the encounter with a rulebreak. They cant use the fact that I broke the rules to excuse their breaking of the rules when they began the encounter with a rule break. He was asked to show or give some reason or explanation of how he knew its me and could not do so. Its like the server tolerates and coddles them to behave this way and then they continue to think its ok to break rules. run anonymous innocent people off the road and kidnap them for no reaason and so they continue to do these things because you allow it. You punish one person for reacting to someones rule breaks in frustration but dont punish the ones who knowingly commit the rule breaks. Please check my server logs for the day. The time when i loggd in city that day, when i took my car from paleto, and the fact that i had no communication with anyone at all.

I truly was trying to roleplay my injuries and that can be seen in the video. Once I am injured enough to where Im placed in the trunk bloody and heart beating I never ran away or moved at all other than to get out of the trunk and lie on the ground. While I was in the trunk Bongo fled the scene of the rp, ran screaming into the forest on a hill and returned 25 seconds later. During that time I remained in the OPEN unlocked trunk. His two mates were not paying attention to me and did not have their guns on me at all so I could have fled the scene then or tried to but I did not, I stayed in the trunk and waited for bongo or someone to give me some sort of order or command or continue with the rp in some way. 

If you want to punish me, they should also get a punishment. Ive never been punished or written up before. These people have actually been banned in some cases and your coninueing to allow them to do stuff like this and basically telling them its ok...their behavior is welcome. They should get the punishment because they began the altercation with no reason and then lied about what occured or took place and server admin are basically saying... thats ok guys keep doing what ur doing keep kidnapping and robbing people who are simply driving down the highway with no reason. He never pulled a gun on me and I never saw him out of his car. We were both in our running, moving vehicles. I dont know why he is allowed to lie and say things happened that never happened but cant prove they happened with video. I dont have a video but I used his own video as evidence and showed multimple times where they break the rules and even the admin acknowledges that they also broke the rules. How do they get off scott free of any punishments or wrongdoing when their excuse it... its void rp. All the bad wrong stuff we did breaking rules is just merely void RP and doesnt count because I didnt follow their demands. I dont have to follow demands if someone pulls up next to me... is unarmed driving a vehicle. The other guy was in a diff car that didnt appear until later so he wasnt there for the innitial contact either. Bongo just pull up next to me and say "pull over" who does that ? IRL would anyone pull over just cuz some dark black car and an unknown voice says pull over? No they would not. women also flee from attackers who are armed all the time and thats also realistic since Bongo made his intentions clear with his IC words of "ulla ur not getting away u know how this goes"

Its unfair to punish me but not them. Punish both parties then since they were originally the ones who commited the rule break and continued to do so. Your just coddline them at this point. I am new to this pvp roleplaying. They have lots of experience. My experience points are a result of grinding for hours and hours on jobs, not roleplaying 3 word copy paste emotes on a pvp server. Clicking the E button 1k times a day doesnt equate to learning new languages and phrases such as "my head popped" or "flew out" or "say a prayer" stuff u ONLY encounter in this GTA rp community. Using my XP as a means of determining if I knew I was in the wrong or not shouldnt be taken into consideration.
