Your explanation of what happened: i used to play on another account before 3 years or more and i forget my email,username and password of that acc and from 1 month i logged in with new email new character and new life in the server 
 

Why should your appeal be accepted?: because i dont have any access on my last account and i even dont remember my username so iam starting a new life with new story in the city
