Reason given for decision: Several instances of combat logging and punishments within a short amount of time.

Your explanation of what happened: So what happened was every time we got into a fight with a certain faction, there would be a obvious OOC pager that was done VIA discord or some other 3rd party platform and to be quite honest it was starting to stress a lot of people out as it was constantly happening. So my first punishment in this short span was DM on LEO near fudge which personally I believe was appealable but didn't get round to it cause I was banned on forums then eventually perma banned. Next punishment was DM on LEO again which once again was questionable and was going to be appealed as it was a whole situation where they already saw our set up, had air above us and demands where given. Seemed to be a miscommunication between crim and LEO but that's what appeals fix right. After that one I received a NON RP for clocking on at bennys mid fight and repaired my car with 0 RP and that one is totally on me, I didn't mean to ruin anyone's experience and Roleplay, I was genuinely just locked in to getting back to my friends to aid them in the situation but it is totally my doing for not putting effort into RP in the moment. My next one is a Combat log which occurred in a fight with LEOs and the scenario didn't go as planned and I combat logged and did not return. I was stressed out and didn't think at the time and was not thinking straight. Then finally I got banned for NHTRP.
