Mass metagaming + Failure to report cheating

Your explanation of what happened: I was a member of a discord that participated in mass metagaming and had knowledge of a cheater without reporting it

Why should your appeal be accepted?:  It's now been nearly 3 years since the time of my ban, I understand the decision from staff, and I would simply like one opportunity to return to the community. I recognize where I went wrong, and more importantly the lack of complete transparency after the fact was also deserving of a punishment, which I've understood since day 1. I would like a chance at returning, and am willing to accept any potential probationary period, or other parameters around a potential return. I genuinely just want a second chance at returning to a community I was a part of for several years prior to my ban. I understand how having knowledge of a cheater is a severe rulebreak, and not reporting it at the time of my knowledge too. I'd like to mention that I had never once cheated myself, and in the future I would be extremely mindful of reporting any rulebreaks that I am made aware of. I would appreciate any consideration from server staff as I just want one opportunity to show I can return reformed, and as a positive contributing member of the community.
