How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) As seen in the video, I am picking plants and hear a car i get on my bike, drive up to them ask if they are Rooks and he just tells me "hands up blablabla". And I drove of as I had my bike on and was on it, he shot me 5 times and not my tire not even close to it as it was never popped and i got hit 5 times. The other player that was with a service carbine probably shot also, but not sure if they hit me. Also would like to include that he said to me in /pm "Save POV for Fear RP". GiorgosK Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago As I was about to handle this situation in-game, I saw that a forum report was posted. I will be reviewing this report and posting my conclusion here. Please be patient. Quote
GiorgosK Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Kika_Sparrow & Rick_Tylor, please share your side of the story and explain why you shot at the bike. Did you have any prior escalation with him? Desha_Sparrow, do you have any footage of the situation? Did you shoot at the bike too? Quote
Kika Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Hello im Kika Sparrow, hopefully all are having a good day. We were actively involved in an ongoing conflict with Rooks, where both organizations have been dropping on each other's turfs for some time now. On this occasion, we were heading to Island Lab, which is one of their known turfs, with two vehicles carrying valuable supplies and heavy weaponry. Due to both the ongoing conflict and the value of the items we were transporting, we were already on high alert before entering the area. As we arrived at the lab, I noticed a BF motorcycle approaching from the rear of the location. The rider was not wearing any identifiable gang colors, and at that point I had no way of knowing who he was affiliated with or if he’s just a solo. Given the circumstances, the location, and the ongoing conflict, I considered him a potential threat to our operation. I exited my vehicle, drew my weapon, and instructed him to get off the bike. My intention was not to rob, kidnap, or kill him. I simply wanted to identify who he was associated with and temporarily detain him until we had completed our business. Had it turned out that he was not affiliated with our rivals, I would have explained the situation and allowed him to continue on his way. Island Lab is a well-known high-risk criminal location. Players frequently visit the area for drug production and criminal activity, and due to the ongoing conflict with Rooks, there was always the possibility that members of the opposing faction could be present or arrive at any moment. We entered the area expecting potential hostilities and took precautions accordingly. After being given a direct demand to get off the bike at extremely close range, the rider immediately chose to flee. In both his footage and mine, a firearm is aimed directly at him from only a few inches away when the demand is issued. Despite this, he made no attempt to comply and instead drove off immediately. In my opinion, this is a clear failure to properly fear for his character's life and a breach of the FearRP rule. Furthermore, his refusal to comply with a direct demand significantly escalated the situation. At that point, I believed he posed a risk to our operation and could potentially compromise our position by alerting others nearby. My actions were not random DM, but rather a response to an escalating situation in a high-risk area during an active faction conflict. https://streamable.com/d3u86y Thank you for taking the time to review the situation.
