How did the player break the rule(s)?  (300 words maximum)

While I was sitting inside the Mule waiting for my friend to finish disassembling the vehicle, the player repeatedly attempted to open the doors and trunk without any roleplay or interaction.

After that, he suddenly went back to his vehicle, took out a firearm, and started aiming at us without any prior roleplay,  or escalation. He expected FearRP despite not creating a roleplay situation beforehand.

He then fired at my friend and shot him twice, and afterward continued shooting and killed me after i tried to escape the situation. From my perspective, there was no meaningful roleplay leading up to the use of force and the situation did not make sense in character.

I would also like to request the attacking player’s POV, as I would like to understand what justification or roleplay led to their actions from their perspective.

When I first arrived, he was just walking around and nothing was happening. I stayed inside the van while my friend was dealing with the car in the back.

He kept trying to open the Mule’s doors and trunk multiple times without any roleplay or interaction. Then suddenly, it looked like he got frustrated and, again without any roleplay leading up to it, he ran to his car, took out a gun, and started pointing it at us.

The reason I ignored the gun was because, from my perspective, the scenario did not make sense in terms of roleplay. He was simply walking around one moment, then suddenly ran to his car, pulled out a gun, and started shouting.

He did not do any proper roleplay, ignored everything happening, and immediately escalated the situation by pulling out a gun and screaming without any build-up or RP interaction.

Unfortunately, the only extra evidence I have is footage from after he actually shot me and after I respawned at the hospital. The audio was also not working, so I do not have any voice recording from the interaction.
