How did the player break the rule(s)?
I was fishing at the pier and opened my backpack. My game crashed unexpectedly. I posted in Discord immediately mentioning the crash and returned to the server approximately 3 minutes later. Upon reconnecting, I discovered my belongings were missing. Before crashing, ID 14 was standing nearby with a blue vehicle and wearing a white/blue shirt (we agreed to check my fish and sell it to him) I am submitting this report for investigation because of the timing and circumstances.

Steven_Kane [ID 14] Why can you be seen picking up and storing the reporting party's bag into your vehicle, moments after the reporting player's connection timed out with the accompanying crash report?

Wasseem_Sarraj @Wasseem Why can you be seen in /b multiple times saying ‘ill contact admins.’ Are you aware of the announcement regarding /b usage?

I'm a bit rusty since it's been a while since last time. I used /b to tell the other player about an OOC action, and I honestly wasn't aware that /b couldn't be used for that. It wasn't intentional, and I'll make sure to follow the correct procedure in the future.
I was frustrated that my bag was stolen although i posted on discord channel that am coming
