I tried to escape by car and drove into the lake while being chased. I understand now that this was a NON-RP action because I was trying to avoid the roleplay instead of continuing it properly.The police continued chasing me by swimming and using a boat. When I got onto a boat, officers had guns pointed at me, but instead of stopping and valuing my character's life, I took control of the boat and tried to escape. This was FearRP and I failed to roleplay realistically.After that I drove away at high speed on land and was eventually shot by the police. While the situation was still active, I disconnected from the server, which was combat logging. By doing this, I avoided the consequences of the roleplay and wasted the time of the officers who were involved in the chase.When I returned, a staff member spoke to me about the situation. Instead of listening and accepting my mistakes, I argued and made the situation harder than it needed to be. Later I came back again and asked my friend to loot my body even though I knew it was against the rules. When staff asked me about him, I was not honest and claimed that I did not know him.When I was told that I would receive a permanent ban, I got angry and reacted very badly. I insulted the staff member and used offensive language. Looking back, I understand that this was disrespectful and unacceptable. The staff member was only doing his job, and my behavior was unfair towards him.I understand now that my actions did not only break rules but also negatively affected other players, police officers, and staff members by ruining the roleplay and wasting their time. I take full responsibility for everything that happened. Why should your appeal be accepted?: It has been around 9 months since my ban and I had a lot of time to think about everything that happened.I understand now that my mistakes were not only rule breaks. My actions affected other players and staff members too. When I drove into the lake, did not value my character's life, combat logged, and asked my friend to loot my body, I ruined the roleplay situation for the police officers and other players involved. They spent their time creating roleplay and I made the situation worse by trying to avoid the consequences.I also understand that lying to staff and arguing with them was wrong. Staff members spend their own time helping the server and I made their job harder. I was disrespectful and wasted their time when I should have listened and accepted my punishment .The thing I regret the most is the way I spoke to the staff member after I got upset. The words I used were offensive and completely unacceptable. There is no excuse for that and I take full responsibility for it. During this time away from the server I have matured and thought a lot about my behavior. I understand why I was banned and I do not think the punishment was unfair. I know trust has to be earned back.I am asking for one more chance because I believe I learned from my mistakes.
