Staff member who handled your in game report (if applicable): N/A

Requested refund (what and how much): 100 AP, weapon MK2 with 200 bullets

Description of incident resulting in loss: Basically I've been playing for a while but this thing has never happened to me before.

How could my character fall to death instantly within a second while I had 100 AP, I think it was probably some bug, please check the video, there was something unrealistic for me, do your check, thank you in advance.
