Reason for Transfer:

IC: Mike wants to buy a drag bike since it fits his lifestyle but he has not enough money at this point.

OOC:I dont play on mike anymore so I think its fair if I send money from Niko to Mike since im not using any cars or money on Niko's character, so mike can buy a drag...
