GOALS 1.Obtain legal business that is run by Shadows. 2.Kidnap high ranking officials for intel useful to other organisations for cash. 3.Burn government buildings causing distractions and complications. 4.Completely take over Vespucci, solidifying the complete turf of The Shadows. 5.Take to the skies. CLOTHING You can recognise a shadow in their Black/Black and Yellow Oni Mask Black/Black and Yellow Clothing Predominantly black with undertones of yellow. WEAPONS All weapons should have silencers on them or integrated suppressors, to support silent kidnappings and eliminations. TURF The Shadows have always been drawn to the beach, where all the shops and constant foot traffic makes it easy for them to blend in unnoticed. The maze of alleys and warehouses provide perfect cover, where they have contacts ready to handle shady business. VEHICLES To maintain a low profile during our operations, shadows mainly use dark coloured vehicles. With exceptions made only to blend in when specific scenarios necessitate otherwise. OOC RULES 1.
