How did the player break the rule(s)?

I went in to north lab seen x3 s12 members cooking and holding heavy weapons. I wanted to push them but beacause i seen 3 i knew i couldent so i tought if i watched from the outside and watch one off them leave to go depo i would have a better chance off robbing one off them so a kamcho left i chased it gave them demands to which point he goes back to the lab so i leave him alone i then go to sea labs to make a blunt on my way out i see a kamacho with a s12 member in it and turns on me calling out on radio so i go upp the mountain this is when id 64 rams me off my bike causing me to lose health as you can see in the fight we both kill each other buti wouldent off died if he didnt vdm me. Told id 64 to save his pov.

1) Why did you decide to ram the reporting party off their bike with your Kamacho? What took place directly before the chase and following shootout?

Hi Dan, thank you for taking this report.

My gang member, Bobby Fingleton, called over the radio that a guy on a bike dressed in white had made demands toward him. Earlier, I had also seen the same individual entering one of the labs, which is how I was able to identify him and go after him later on.

I was scouting around the labs looking for the individual and eventually ran into him. My objective was to get closer to him and attempt to get him to pull over. However, as seen in his POV, I’m not sure if desync played a part, but from my POV he took a turn that I believed would create more distance between us. I was also trying to switch my voice proximity into shout mode while approaching him, which may have contributed to me accidentally hitting him. I ended up driving into him, although that was never my intention.

I thought my Medal was running but as I was going to clip it I realized it wasn't, so I do not have my own recording of the incident.

Hi Dan thanks for taking this report sadly i do not have the clip from previously due to there was no reason to save it. The last few times i have clipped on medal my audio hasnt worked. I would like to say there was no desync at all and i belive hes intention was to ram me off my bike, i also belive that bongo bronx was metagaming has i didnt see him go on his radio once when we were fighting and when we both got injuerd a few minutes later hes gang turn upp.

1) i have alreddy explaind above what happend before this situation happend.

During the fight, I was constantly speaking on the radio. After I got injured, I also took out my phone and dropped the location in the group chat, which is how and why my gang members turned up.

I’ve already explained the situation from my POV to the best of my knowledge. As I stated earlier, it was never my intention to hit you with the vehicle.

You pushed a lab 1v3, gave demands, and then attempted to flee when things escalated. From my perspective, the situation developed naturally from there. I understand why you made the report, but I believe this was an unfortunate accident rather than intentional VDM.
