(300 words maximum) So ive got a call from a weazel reporter about someone saying im forcing children to work for me in the mines, I pull up and they point out the guy who is saying this I ask him what are you doing why are you saying this. He ignores me so he opens his car i hop in and take the car speaker, I then drive away which he rams me fair enough he has dm rights at this time so i leave the area as he kept tryna ram me. I go on cobb blogs live to ensure he had left the scene which i was told he has so i returnded to see what was happening he appears and rams me and blows up my bike so i shoot and kill him. He calls me saying this is how it is etc and how he is gonna kill me i inform him over pms he is nlred he ignores and keeps calling and sending nasty pms as seen in screenshots. I take his car which he returns in a bus trying to ram me off road so i escape and stall so i hop out and he takes the car ( as he died i didnt know this was his car iccly ) He then decides to ram me and speed off which i then get a taxi and go to retreive my seeds and gun from which i hid, as i was doing this he calls me i say my loco as we didnt have any beef as HE IS NLRED so he comes starts shooting and kills me. He was asked to save POV over pms This is his 3rd time dm me and i gave benifit of the doubt and told him as he was a new player but he doesnt seem to listen and keeps going on. Do you believe this is the correct usage of the reporting system? 2) Why can you be seen relaying IC information about your location over faction chat about the clothes store on Harmony? What were you hoping from that message? Thomas Castallio [49] - Please provide any unedited video evidence you have. Additionally answer the following questions: 1) Why can you be heard telling the reporting party "You were going to kill him" and referencing events that took place right before you were killed by said player. Additionally can you explain why you returned to the place of your death shortly afterwards? Do you feel this correctly follows our New-Life-Rule? 2) Why did you continue to pm the reporting party with comments of a hostile nature? Do you feel this contributes positively to the server? 3) Why can you be seen returning to the scene of your death using a city bus and then using the city bus to ram the reporting party? Do you believe this is the correct way to use freelance job vehicles? 4) Why can you be seen shooting and killing the reporting party at the clothes store on Harmony despite being under NLR? I dont not have any footage with my voice for some reason nvidia isnt picking up my voice ive seen this with others also even though its all set up correctly 1) The reason for this is due to him dm me multiple times before and i didnt think he took serious that i would report him if he repeats this so i pmed him to inform him that if he does this for the 3rd time then i will report. 2) I said this over f chat due to inform them that the same guy is dm me again as they knew that this guy is breaking the rules against me multiple times. It was in the heat of the moment that i said my ic stuff and i had no intention of using this for help etc. If I made a mistake through these then my apologies and i will learn from this. Quote
