New Phones obtaining the software update for "Passwords" & quick ID access

Regarding passwords:

Very simple, these "new phones" not coming with passwords is quite odd. Right now anyone can just roleplay looking at your unlocked phone because there is no lock, unless eveyone needs to request alt rp for a password which seems like a waste of staff time and effort.

Both criminals and civilians would generally want to keep their conversations and anything else on their private property private. Criminals in particular, as right now any group that wants to use a group chat to share information can get compromised way too easily now which will only lead to less use of that feature and thus less potential detective rp or alt rp from "hackers".

I think it should be kept to a number combination, either 4 or 6, or maybe whatever the person wants up to a certain cap. It would likely be best to add a way to reset the password, how that is done, I would lean more towards GOV-- being given the ability to do so, meaning they can get a bit more interaction, if no GOV are around then using the back tables of the court house with a WUI next to the government payment spots.

Regarding the quick ID access:

To be honest, I believe the /licence should be brought back as suggested:

However, another potential option, mainly based on passwords being added is in addition to a password screen, is another "airdrop ID " button on the same screen.

This way, you don't have to unlock your phone to share your id and others who check your phone, LEO or otherwise, can also click it without accessing the rest of your phone's information, assuming they don't know the password of course.
