Does this issue appear again after a full game restart?: Yes

How many times did this issue appear for you?: Always but became a bigger issue with the change to how picking plants works

Issue/bug you are reporting:  Island lab plants have always spawned underground but with the addition of the WI menu to plants these spawns are no longer reachable.

Expected behavior:  For plants on island to be assessable
