It should be if you're a party it is x1.0 and when the weather and such is right should add another x0.4. Currently it locks at the amount of XP for example: Catching a Tuna gives you 22 XP for the Fish it locks at 22XP for the bonus when you're in a party with the x1.0. But when rain and time is correct it should increase to x0.4 extra but does not. The correct amount should be more like 55 or 74,8. Expected behavior: Bonuses should not have a hard-lock as right now you dont get bonuses for everything in the U Menu and hard locks the XP. Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Fishing with party + weather + time will make the bug happen. Vehicle license plate number*:
