It might be worth considering how expanding flexibility in some aviation-related policies can benefit us all.

For example, going through ifr pilot training has significantly enhanced my readiness for unplanned scenarios, even when sunny skies are expected

Just like IFR training enhances skills and readiness, it seems logical that legal flexibility could help focus consequences more precisely on real risks rather than broad restrictions
