Los Santos will soon feel a little quieter — and perhaps a little less dazzling — as the iconic group The Girlies officially announced their decision to leave the city in pursuit of their long-awaited dream: a world tour. Known for their larger-than-life presence and glittering influence across the city, their departure marks the end of an era for fans and followers alike.

However, in true Girlies fashion, not everything is as it seems. While the majority of the group is set to take their talents global, two members, Ophelia Kay and Michelle Vespucci have chosen to stay behind. In a surprising twist, these two are embarking on an entirely new journey — and this time, it’s not on the stage.

According to sources close to the group, the pair have committed to launching a fully legal business venture right here in Los Santos. While details remain under wraps, the move signals a bold new chapter for the duo and a shift in the group’s influence within the city.

The Girlies’ departure leaves fans wondering what the future holds: Will Los Santos adjust to the absence of its most glittering stars, or will the staying duo redefine what it means to be a Girlie in the city?

 Wow, what a journey this has been. If you had told us a few months ago that we’d be starting fresh in a brand new spot, we probably would have laughed. But here we are, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier about how things turned out .

So here’s the backstory. After a little mix-up with the government and our old property , we had to let it go. On top of that, someone who had retired a while back decided she wasn’t retired anymore and wanted her building back . And that’s okay. We wished her the best and kept it moving .

What felt like a headache at first turned out to be a huge blessing . After a lot of late nights and everyone chipping in, we landed the most amazing new property. It has a full interior , a parking lot , and it’s in such a great location . Seriously, it feels like this was meant to be.

And let us brag on Michelle for a second . She brought her design vision and rallied a whole team to get us moved in. Every piece of drywall, every chandelier , and every single plant made its way down the road to our new home. Nothing got left behind. It was a wild process, but now it feels like us again.

The best part? We finally have a headquarters . A place where we can keep building, growing, and most importantly, serving the community we love so much . That’s what makes all of this worth it.

We’re so excited to open soon and share this new chapter with all of you. Stay tuned, because the adventure is only getting started .

After finishing a project for SWAT, Don drove over to Weazel News to speak with his good friend Marco Davis. After hanging out for a bit, he heard Ophelia over the radio, and she gave him a call and informed him that she was filling out the business registration for Unfiltered to begin the process of making the business functional.

Hearing this, and knowing that it would be accepted shortly, Don had the idea to check the Unfiltered inventory and decided to pick up some new equipment.

After doing a quick browse online, he found a local tech store that was selling some photography equipment such as cameras, lenses, and lighting setups. Don saw this and went to parking to pick up his Novak, as he'd need the space to hold all of the gear he was going to acquire.

After picking up his Novak, he went to the store and browsed all of the gear they offer, and he picked out a few new cameras and a small, but highly rated lighting setup. Don picked out two new cameras, a lens set, and a lighting kit, which should help get things started for the business' photography aspect.

Emotions of Unfiltered had been on a high. They finally found what they thought was the PERFECT property that gov gave them, equipped with a wedding venue and everything that they could utilize to make their own.. However not everything was as good as it seemed. The day after making their move official, they came back to their property to find that it had been vandalized. They were a legal business just trying to bring fun events to the city, who would even care that they were there? Well someone cared, and they were MAD. They quickly found out who was vandalizing their property and confronted them. Apparently gov had given them a property that was on the other side of a gang’s HQ, and although they had no idea and had no intention of causing any trouble, they were being targeted. Just wanting to find a place that felt like home, they decided the best idea would be to move to a completely different place, far away from the drama. And before they knew it, the found the perfect one.

After three location changes, twelve coffee breaks, and one mover threatening to unionize specifically against us, we are officially settled into our final headquarters!
You’ll find us just behind the double apartments! Easy enough to spot once you look for the lavender camera icon on your GPS (our way of saying “yes, we are that dramatic about branding”).

This is where we:
  hold meetings,
  argue over maps,
  reorganize camera gear for the 14th time,
 and drink enough caffeine to power a small city.

But remember, the real magic doesn’t happen inside these walls.

The holidays have officially begun! After the first snow finally fell, the staff of Unfiltered (minus Nea — who is clearly still coping) collectively decided that it was now socially acceptable to unleash Christmas cheer. Uhhhh…. 
that’s a creepy van... Our festive adventure began when Don rolled up in the most suspicious, fully–blacked-out van imaginable. Truly, endless questions: How did he acquire this van so fast? Does he just… have a secret stockpile of creepy vehicles? Is he in some sort of holiday-themed witness protection? No answers. Only concern. Uhhhh.... 
thats a creepy van...We piled inside, shuffled around like it was a high-stakes game of musical chairs, and then embarked on a very cautious journey to the furniture store. There, we collected the decorations Michelle and Tyrone had ordered — plus the pièce de résistance: a custom Unfiltered wreath designed by the incomparable Ophelia.

The drive back felt like we were all buzzed on eggnog, but in reality, the snowplows have clearly unionized and left us for dead.
Once safely home, we assembled our glorious Temu/Amazon décor with questionable craftsmanship and infinite enthusiasm. With everything in place (including our beautiful new photo booth), we stood back to admire the dazzling transformation.

Now, all that’s left is to hope Santa stops by — preferably without using Don’s van as his sleigh.

So imagine this... I’m talking to Don and we’re arguing. He’s all “You’re the cutest.” And I’m all, “No, that’s you!” and then my phone chimes interrupting this important debate. I sigh assuming it’s going to be another “We’ve been trying to contact you about your car’s extended warranty..” when I look at my phone and realize it’s a text from Scarlett! I excitedly open it hoping for some tea, and while there was no gossip (lame) the opportunity she presented was just as hot. She wanted to hire Unfiltered to take pictures and videos for an event. But here’s the crazy part.. it’s 12 separate days.. TWELVE.SEPARATE. DAYS. I respond immediately because duh, we’re gonna be there! Then I send a group chat to everyone at Unfiltered because for something this big, we’re gonna need all hands on deck.

After letting everyone know about the event, a meeting was called at HQ.

Ophelia & Michelle arrived at HQ early and eventually Tyrone, Nea, and finally Don showed up at HQ and headed to the meeting room. Once everyone was there, Ophelia began the meeting and informed everyone of Scarlett reaching out to have them help at the event. Everyone sat up in excitement to have their first gig and the Unfiltered crew began to discuss who would do what and start to coordinate between themselves. Don, Tyrone, and Nea would attend each day of events and gather media, where Ophelia worked on coordinating with Scarlett and would edit the videos that Tyrone gathered to give to Scarlett at the end of the event. During the meeting, Michelle and Ophelia discussed pricing for Unfiltered’s services during the event before coming to an agreement.

The plan was set, and it was time for everyone to start working toward their job at the event.

After 12 long days, the crew spent endless hours picking the best pictures from the 12 Days of Christmas event.. After putting them all together on a USB Ophelia contacted Scarlett to exchange it for the money they had agreed on for the event. Scarlett reached back out immediately, clearly very excited to see what they had capture. Don and Ophelia set a time and met Scarlett at the bank where she was thrilled with the pictures that she saw. She paid them generously, way over the price they had initially agreed upon and Ophelia told her she was editing a video together from the whole Event and would reach out when it was complete.
