Toggle Map Blip: Point of Interest

Hi, hopefully short and sweet.

As it stands, you can disable all map blips but PoI's (Points of Interest) still show. It would be beneficial as a quality of life suggestion in the Toggle Blip area of the U Menu to toggle them on and off to fit the rest of the blips.
