THE WEAPONRY: WHETHER IT BE GUNSLINGER SHOWDOWNS, STORE AND BANK ROBBERIES, YOU CAN SEE REVOLVERS AND SHOTGUNS WIDELY IN USE BY THE SENORA OUTLAWS.GANG HERITAGE Summer 2025, Lucian and Brook Wheeler were a freshly married country couple that lived a lowkey, yet exciting life on the countryside, working as command for the Waterfelons. For a long time, agriculture and small crime on the countryside was how they lived their life with their family and brought food to the table. That is until the government started to neglect the agriculture and farmers rights. They had enough getting trampled over and the government investing into the city and neglecting the countrysides needs. Once they departed Waterfelons, they set in motion a plan to gather a group of likeminded farmers and country folks alike that wouldn't be restricted by the morals of their earlier affiliations and wouldn't stand for the negligence, ignorance and corruption the government and the law practiced. This group would be known by the name of "Sundown Syndicate". Heavily inspired by the tales of the wild west and their heritage, they roam around Sandy and Paleto bay making a dishonest living and making sure the wretched hand of the government wouldn't dare to reach for their lands. SAMUEL WHEELER Samuel Wheeler, the right hand man of the Outlaws. Known for his diplomacy and ability to take the lead under pressure.

THE VAQUEROS Kit and Shaggy Wheeler. The low command of the Outlaws, also known as Vaqueros. New to being command in a criminal organization, yet they have shown the abilities to take the lead, make rational decisions and work for the benefit of the family and the gang.

First Steps

Sun was high over Route 68 when Brook Wheeler, Samuel Wheeler and Shaggy Wheeler made their move. Out near Harmony, they walked into a quiet general store. That kind where the dust’s thicker than the customers. Faces covered, guns drawn. They took what they came for, made it quick and left a note behind: “You’ve been robbed by the Senora Outlaws. Have a pleasant week.” Let folks know this ain’t no ghost story. It’s real. But they weren’t done. Not by a long shot. The very next day they strolled up to the local police station like it was just another storefront. And sure enough, when the law wasn’t looking, they rolled out with a stolen cruiser. Lights flashing, siren wailing, laughing all the way back to the motel. The Senora Outlaws don’t hide in the shadows. We ride through the middle of town. Ride together, fight together. Trust with your life that’s cowboy loyalty.

The city forgot about us. While they pour millions into sky-high towers and shiny concrete dreams, the soil that feeds them all gets left to rot. Rusted tractors, broken tools, busted hands. The countryside has been run dry, and no one is looking back. But we are. The Senora Outlaws are not just here to raise hell. We are here to raise the land back up. We are bringing light to the fields. Showing the world that farming is not just a job. It is survival, it is tradition, it is the backbone of San Andreas. And we are not waiting on some politician’s handout. We will make enough noise that they have to listen. We are here to bring farmers together. To gather every rancher, harvester, and soil-covered hand that has been pushed aside for too long. The Senora Outlaws are building a community where the countryside stands tall again. We are going to revive the farming trade, bring attention to what has been lost, and push the city to start investing in real folks again. Better gear. Better pay. Better lives for the men and women who work the land.

NOT LONG AFTER ESTABLISHMENT, THE OUTLAWS HEADED TO THE CITY TO MAKE SOME CONNECTIONS. WITH FORMER ASSOCIATES IN MANY GANGS, THEY WENT FROM HQ TO HQ TO SCHEDULE MEETINGS WITH DIFFERENT GANGS. THEIR FIRST MEETING WAS WITH BRATVA. THEIR OLD NEIGHBOR BACK WHEN THEY WERE WATERFELONS. THE OUTLAWS AND BRATVA SAT DOWN FOR A TALK, INTRODUCING THEMSELVES TO EACH OTHER, TELLING ABOUT HOW THE OUTLAWS OPERATE AND PLANNING FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES TO COLLABORATE ON. DURING THEIR FIRST WEEK OF OPERATION, THE OUTLAWS MANAGED TO SECURE A MEETING WITH THREE DIFFERENT GANGS. SECURING RELATIONS WITH THE GANGS THE OUTLAWS RESPECT THE MOST WAS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A PRIORITY. ONE OF THESE GANGS WAS THE WELL KNOWN MOTORCYCLE CLUB KNOWN AS LOST MC. FROM THE START, THE OUTLAWS KNEW THE RISKS OF SETTING UP IN SENORA. LOST WASN’T GOING TO ACCEPT IT WITHOUT QUESTIONING THEIR MOTIVES. DAYS WENT BY AND THE OUTLAWS WERE IN CONTACT WITH THE MC, A PROPER DISCUSSION WAS NEEDED TO PREVENT ANY ESCALATION. A FEW DAYS AFTER ESTABLISHMENT, THE OUTLAWS FINALLY MANAGED TO MEET A FEW MEMBERS OF LOST MC AND TALKED TO A MEMBER OF COMMAND. AS PER BY THEIR CODE, THEY SHOWED THEIR RESPECT TOWARDS THE MEMBERS OF LOST AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THEY HAD TO REASSURE THEM OF THEIR INTENTIONS IN SENORA. IN THE END, THEY MANAGED TO SECURE A MEETING WITH THE COMMAND OF LOST MC, AND THEY HOPE TO CREATE A STRONG AND LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MC. NOT ONLY FOR THEIR OWN GAIN, OR FOR LOST. BUT FOR THE PROSPERITY OF THE BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE WHERE THEY RESIDE.

NOT LONG AFTER THE OUTLAWS THOUGHT THEY COULD SETTLE IN SENORA, WHEN THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE ON THE CLEAR, PEOPLE DEMANDED FOR THEM TO LEAVE AND SOME OTHERS TURNED AGAINST THEM. THIS OF COURSE DISAPPOINTED THE GANG, BUT OUT OF RESPECT AND LOVE FOR THE WELLBEING OF THE COUNTRYSIDE, THEY DECIDED TO MOVE.

TO GET TO THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN, YOU MUST RESPECT IT AND WORK YOUR WAY UP. THERE ARE NO FREE RIDES IN FANCY CARS IN THE CRIMINAL WORLD. THE OUTLAWS KNEW THIS AND KNOW THEY’RE NOT IN A RUSH. THEY HAVE THEIR EYES SET ON THEIR GOALS AND NOTHING WILL STOP THEM FROM ACHIEVING THEM. HENCE, THEY SETTLED TO A NEW LOCATION AND TOOK OVER THE SMALL TOWN OF GRAPESEED

WORKING HARD, WHETHER IT BE ROBBERIES,

CHOPPING CARS OR AGRICULTURE, THEY EVENTUALLY MADE ENOUGH MONEY TO AFFORD A PROPERTY IN THE SMALL TOWN TO GET A FOOTHOLD. NOW EVEN CLOSER TO THEIR ROOTS, FARMING AND COUNTRYSIDE. NOW OF COURSE NAMED SENORA OUTLAWS, THEY WILL STAY TRUE TO THEIR ROOTS, EVEN NOW THAT THEY ARE LOCATED IN GRAPESEED, FOR SENORA IS WHERE THEIR ROOTS ARE. ONE OBSTACLE AT A TIME, EVERYTHING BECOMES CLEARER AND THE OUTLAWS ARE MAKING A NAME FOR THEMSELVES. ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW THEIR STORY CONTINUES FROM THIS POINT FORWARDS...

SHORTLY AFTER FORMING, THE SENORA OUTLAWS CONTACTED LOS LOCOS. A GANG KNOWN FOR HOLDING THEIR OWN AGAINST THREATS AND GANGS MUCH LARGER THAN THEMSELVES. THE GOAL WAS SIMPLE. SET UP BUSINESS, BUILD TRUST, AND FORM A CONNECTION.

LOS LOCOS HIGH COMMAND AGREED TO A MEETING. THE OUTLAWS PROVIDED THE TIME AND LOCATION: [REDACTED].

ON THE DAY, OUTLAWS COMMAND ARRIVED FIRST. LOCOS SHOWED UP DEEP, MAKING THEIR PRESENCE CLEAR. BOTH SIDES SAT DOWN, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES, AND GOT STRAIGHT TO BUSINESS.

THE OUTLAWS STATED THEIR INTENTIONS. RELATIONS. FRIENDSHIP. ACCESS TO DROPS. LONG-TERM BUSINESS.

LOS LOCOS LIKED THE APPROACH. THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO HELP THE OUTLAWS GROW AND AVOID THE FATE OF OTHER GANGS THAT DISBANDED EARLY.

THE OUTLAWS PROMISED TO STAY ACTIVE AND WORK TOWARD SOMETHING SOLID. LOS LOCOS AGREED. THEN OFFERED A GIFT AS A SIGN OF GOODWILL. THE CONTENTS WERE [REDACTED]. THE OUTLAWS WERE TAKEN BACK BY THE SIZE OF IT.

LOS LOCOS SAID THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. THE OUTLAWS THANKED THEM AND INVITED THEM TO STAY FOR FOOD AND DRINKS.

THE MEETING ENDED ON GOOD TERMS. BOTH SIDES LEFT SATISFIED.

THE SENORA OUTLAWS BEGAN SPRAYING THEIR NAME ACROSS THE SURROUNDING AREA. A CLEAR MESSAGE THAT THIS WAS THEIR LAND. NO OTHER GANG WAS WELCOME TO CLAIM IT. THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT SAW IT DIFFERENTLY. THEY CALLED IT VANDALISM AND STARTED WIPING THE TAGS CLEAN.

BROOK WHEELER, LEADER OF THE OUTLAWS, DIDN’T BACK DOWN. HE KEPT SPRAYING. AGAIN AND AGAIN. NO MATTER HOW OFTEN THE LAW REMOVED THE TAGS, THE NAME WENT BACK UP.

THE OUTLAWS AREN’T HIDING. THEY’RE PROUD OF WHO THEY ARE. THE COUNTRYSIDE WILL SEE THEIR PRESENCE, WITH OR WITHOUT LAW APPROVAL.

THE OUTLAWS HAD WANTED TO MAKE SILENT FILMS FOR A LONG WHILE. WESTERN LIKE FILMS THAT FIT THE VIBE OF THEIR CREW. AFTER A WEEK OF PLANNING, THE OUTLAWS ESTABLISHED “OUTLAW ENTERTAINMENT”. A NAME THAT THEY WOULD PUBLISH SILENT FILMS UNDER, AND SURE ENOUGH THEY SOON PUBLISHED THEIR FIRST SHORT SILENT FILM, “TOWN OF OUTLAWS”

THE BIG HOSS, LUCIAN WHEELER HAD DECIDED TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OUTLAW ENTERTAINMENT LABEL. HE’S SOMEONE WHO HAS ALWAYS SHOW INTEREST TOWARDS FILM MAKING AND THE OUTLAWS THOUGHT HE WOULD BE THE MOST FIT TO RUN IT WITH HIS EXPERIENCE.

THE SENORA OUTLAWS WERE POSITIONED AT THEIR HQ, HANGING AROUND TALKING SHIT LIKE USUAL. WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN, A MEMBER OF THE LOS LOCOS PULLED UP. HE STATED THEY WERE IN NEED OF CHOP PARTS TO KEEP THEIR DEALERS AND BUSINESS RUNNING SMOOTHLY. 

WE DIDN’T THINK TWICE. WE WERE AWARE OF HOW IMPORTANT RELATIONS ARE, SO WE TOLD HIM WE’D BRING PARTS IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. 

RIGHT AFTER, WE GOT TO WORK. CARS WERE STOLEN OFF THE STREETS, BROUGHT INTO THE CHOP, AND BROKEN DOWN. DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS, WE STACKED PARTS UNTIL WE HAD ENOUGH TO WHERE WE WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE BRINGING THEM TO THE LOCOS. 

ONCE WE HAD THE PARTS, WE PUT THEM ALL IN THE BACK OF A TRUCK. WE STARTED HEADING DOWN TOWARDS THE LOCOS WITH AN ESCORT OF TWO VEHICLES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE CHOP PARTS. WE DELIVERED THE CHOP PARTS AND TOLD THEM, IF THEY EVER NEED ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN COUNT ON US TO FULFILL THE REQUEST.
