island basements

this suggestion is for a very small portion of players who own an island. so skip if you dont care.
to resolve the issue of cars/boats/heli's drifting of the island/falling through furniture/and glitching inside furniture.
since it is not possible to have 1g or 2g or 3g or 4g option on the island blip, because of an island not having an actual garage door.
i would like to suggest a basement/bunker.

rply it could make sence as in the actual bunker from gta5 gunnrunning,
to have a car park in there, "not actualy have the large door entrance", but just being able to park the vehicle in the bunker.
for a boat to park in there it could be " towed inside the bunker, or a car 
islands maybe dont have garages, but they do have bunkers sometimes,

i have tried many alternative suggestions by now to find a fitting resolution towards the islands, 
for the apparent reason that "islands don't realistically have garage spaces" while, realistically cars dont fall through floors either,
and meanwhile people can park boats into 1g the size of an RV  appartments at vespucci cannals, which isn't realistic either.
i would love to be able to park my car and log out/go to sleep, and be able to log back in the next day with my car being available and not walk to paleto to take it out of mors.
me and my friend would even offer a fair amount of credits for this ability to compensate for the developmental effort.
 

could this please be looked into, i think bunkers are the closest to realism i can offer for the ability to park anything.
