garage spaces for islands, HIGH NEED

i would like to start off with the main issue behind my suggestion.

That is that, if i leave my car on my island,
the car drifts into the water and gets destroyed relatively quickly, up to 15-30 minutes at times.
so i can't leave my car alone for too long let alone to call it for the day and log out to come back tomorrow,
without having to walk to the insurance.
if the drifting off into the water alone could be fixed that alone would greatly be apprechiated.

if this is something that simply can not be fixed in the game
i would like to propose that island owners get garage spaces on their island,
so they can store their heli, or car "in my case"
Perhaps maybe that we could upgrade to 12 garage spaces
With a cost of 100k per garage space, or maybe 1000 credits,
and let the credit garage spaces reset when the island is sold.
maybe that would make the development a bit worth for the devs ?

i talked to other admins and i was told they are scripted like business properties
but an island is as far as i know like a house, a large one.
i also talked to Scottee my buddy who also owns an island,
and me and him would be dying to be able to store our heli's boats,
and in my case "cars" on the island.
since the boats at times get stolen, and the cars and heli's drift off in the ocean.
i actually don't go a lot to my island a lot simply because i can't log out there
because my vehicles will be gone by the time i log back in,

me and Scottee, and im sure the other 2 island owners would appreciate it by A LOT
if this could be done to our favour. its actually such a need
that i would not budge upgrading to 12 garage spaces if its done through the credit system.
i believe the other owners would go for 2 to 4 or even 6, since i can see 3 to 4 boats on one other island owner.
and all the other owners also have heli's.

i also noticed an upcoming trend in heli's getting stolen lately,
so i cant wait to see heli's getting parked in scrappers XD 

i understand this suggestion may not be in be in the large public interest but
Please give us parking spaces, or if the drifting off in the water could be fixed i would also be suuuuuuper happy

Like he stated, most islands are homes or houses. They should have the same "garage" as other house properties. Simple management menu on the island property marker would do it. 

There are many issues with furniture and vehicles, once it is not in sight or you wander to the other side of island, The vehicles will glitch through, destroying them and then having to wait on an admin for a refund request and those typically take some time to complete, leaving you stranded on the island typically for quite some time. This would fix that issue and make the island more of a home, rather than the feel of a commercial property.

This is not a big community change however, so I natrually assume it will not get much recognition due to being so few of islands to own. But it would fix several issues and make the islands more viable. I would definately pay credits for something like that if it was requested to do so. Or even RP some form of Property and Housing with payment to install a "secured parking".
