It was a good thing back when the pier was a thing as LEO could actually check it but they wanted to ban cars there so I believe we can remove them now as no one actually uses them and no cop actually check them. If you think that it should stay for some random reason then I suggest to move it elsewhere as we cant get in cars and the charachters start running around in circles not to mention that sometimes cars flip because of it. 1 Quote
