Does this issue appear again after a full game restart?: Yes

How many times did this issue appear for you?: I tried several different jobs that required a Mule truck and all said I was in an invalid vehicle. I quit the trucking job and rejoined and nothing changed

Issue/bug you are reporting: Personal vehicle cannot be used at trucking jobs, even when its been set to be my work vehicle. Says the vehicle is not suitable.

Expected behavior:  Should be able to use the vehicle, I am the required level and its the required vehicle

This bug was resolved with the various trucking updates near its release
