Car destroyed after spawning from City and Paleto parking

Issue/bug you are reporting:  When I pull my car from parking, it destroys itself completely, glitching the tires out and it sometimes starts jumping because of that, and no the car isn't damaged from before as the car doesn't have the check engine light on.

Expected behavior:  To spawn the car, undamaged, completely fine

Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Just retrieve car (Cinquemila) from any of the two parkings

I've experienced this with a Winky, as well.

the Cinquemila is really bad for this.

Unless you park it in perfect condition it will just become a crumpled mess as soon as you take it out.
It majorly affects steering and handling of the car. it's really bad.

And next time I would better use water taxi to ride for a place

oh, I had the same bag with a car in that location
