When the dreams started deflating back in France with all those stalwarts in government posing restrictions and that kind of a market being so saturated, she decided to gamble everything one last time to make her way to Los Santos, where life was quick and where the movement was much about the developing infrastructure. Once again, Lila finds herself with her old friend Quentin Delaventura: and again this time, it is on business. This time, the merry business-man also took his leave from France to start anew. One day, over coffee, Quentin suggested to Lila to set up a firm for construction and use their expertise right there in Los Santos. That sparked something in Lila. a realization that not only could she build structures but leave a legacy behind in a city that was constantly changing and ever-evolving.
