Legal Faction Management Posted November 3, 2024 Report Posted November 3, 2024 Legal Faction Management created this post with the intention to explain the Legal Tier Reward System for legal factions. It grants special perks and rewards depending on their current tier level and how promotions or demotions will work. ** All rewards listed here are subject to change. Additional rewards and tiers will be added over time as development progresses ** ______________________________ Tier 1 Requirements A faction thread that is at least 30 days old from the date of form submission that meets the requirements outlined in Introduction to Legal Factions and has at least 2 posts Faction has displayed the ability to adhere to their created idea in both the faction thread and in game The faction has at least 5 (five) members. Discord has been set up with Legal Faction Management to meet the expected setup Rewards Verified status in the f4 menu which takes away maintenance cost. Access to a 20% discount on all related licenses for the faction. Access to a faction locker to be installed inside your HQ building which grants access to uniforms. Access to vehicle garage to be installed outside of your HQ. Faction is allotted up to 5 (five) vehicles that must fit business type / lore. Includes the ability to obtain a faction property via roleplay opportunities with a member from Legal Services (LFM). This building can be built using funding by LFM. If the faction disbands this building will default back to LFM. Removal of Verified Status in F4 Failure to follow lore outlined in the faction thread Failure to update the faction’s forum thread on a regular basis Failure to uphold high roleplay standards ______________________________ Tier 2 Requirements Minimum of 30 days since the last promotion Members of the faction have been active on the server A minimum of one post biweekly since the last promotion Rewards Includes all previous rewards Access to a 30% discount on all related licenses for the faction. Digital Message Board (1x In-Character channel on Discord) Subject to removal if misused. Access to funding to go towards faction member salaries to be deposited into your treasury every Saturday by a member of LFM. Faction payments may be higher, but the excess past the amount allotted will fall onto the faction to provide. Salary amount between $250,000 to $500,000. The amount is set based on your faction lore, type, and faction duties. This does NOT stack. Access to a request forum on the Business website in order to request assistance from Legal Services in regards to events, and financial support. Perks and discounts through Legal Services on licensing fees, and advertising. 25% Discount on Weazel News Services 25% Event Reimbursement Up to $350,000 fully reimbursed for free raffles/door prizes. Access to request up to 10 (ten) vehicles that must fit business type / lore. Demotion Failure to follow lore outlined in the faction thread Failure to update the faction’s forum thread on a biweekly basis Faction members are inactive in game 2 or more punishments from leading members of the faction in the past 30 days Failure to uphold high roleplay standards ______________________________ Tier 3 Requirements Minimum of 30 days since the last promotion Members of the faction have been active on the server. A minimum of one post biweekly since the last promotion Rewards Includes all previous rewards Access to a 40% discount on all related licenses for the faction. 50% Discount on Weazel News Services 50% Event Cost Reimbursement Up to $550,000 fully reimbursed for free raffles/door prizes. Ability to request an additional property from Legal Services. Access to increased salary deposits between $500,000 to $1,000,000 depending on your business type and duties. Gain the ability to request reimbursements for raffle from Legal Services via the business website. 20% Reimbursement on Raffles Up to $550,000 fully reimbursed for the vehicle. Access to request up to 15 (fifteen) vehicles that must fit business type / lore. A subsection on the business website (biz.eclipse-rp.net) This reward is only applicable depending on your faction lore and need. There will be limited subsections added here. Demotion Failure to follow lore outlined in the faction thread Failure to update the faction’s forum thread on a biweekly basis Faction members are inactive in game 2 or more punishments from leading members of the faction in the past 30 days Failure to uphold high roleplay standards ______________________________ Tier 4 Requirements Minimum of 45 days since the last promotion Members of the faction have been active on the server A minimum of one post biweekly since the last promotion Rewards Includes all previous rewards Access to a 50% discount on all related licenses for the faction. 75% Discount on Weazel News Services 75% Event Cost Reimbursement Up to $750,000 fully reimbursed for free raffles/door prizes. 25% Raffle Reimbursement Up to $750,000 fully reimbursed for the vehicle Access to increased salary deposits of $1,000,000+ that increased based on faction performances, duties and community contribution. Access to request up to 20 (twenty) vehicles that must fit business type / lore. Every 45 (forty-five) days after achieving tier 4, your faction will be eligible for additional cars to be added to your fleet. Ability for bonuses on holidays and special occasions to be paid to faction members. The bonuses are decided by Legal Faction Management Receive rotating faction lore specific rewards based on performance, as well as alt-roleplay opportunities that are faction specific.
