moving campfire before placing

Issue/bug you are reporting: if you select a campfire and use the furniture movement key's to find a place you want to set it down, If you move it around yourself or vehicles they catch fire. doesn't seem to hurt other players and they see the vehicle go poof

Expected behavior:  not kill you or the vehicle if you haven't placed it
