I just died in the water and crashed a couple of times and when i joined the server again my money was gone .. Anyone have the same problem ?

All your money or just the money on your hand? You lose all the money you have on your person when you die. Your banked money should remain though.

If you don't want to lose money, keep it on your Bank.
