This comes up quite often on Discord and I think it should be added: Neither the gov.-pages, nor any guides hold the IC laws, fines, etc., other than the speed limits, AFAIK. I think that should be changed so we have a reliable source. Sorry if I am blind and that's a thing already somewhere.

Still I suggest to add it to the police desk, e.g. Agreed here, add an in-game interface maybe like a "public computer" where people can view that, or even on laptops can find a "website" that shows it.
