The best thing for you to do is to go ahead and get your drivers licence at the DMV and then start working freelance jobs, I would suggest either Road Workers or Burger Shot. You'll find freelance jobs by looking for the yellow briefcase icon on your map, some will provide more RP opportunities than others. You should find that your characters story will naturally progress from here with the amount of people that you'll meet, and i'm confident that they will help you on your way if you get stuck!
