Ability to shoot a person in a car to death not just injure them

It sucks when I injure someone inside a vehicle with my .50 and then have to pull them out to be able to finish them off, especially when the vehicle is locked and they do not have keys. Realistically we should be able to shoot someone to death in a vehicle not just injure.
