FivesEcho Posted July 17, 2024 Report Posted July 17, 2024 Background The Deserters is a group of Ex Military personnel who met during a joint operation overseas, The founding members of this group were the only survivors of an operation in the middle east that went fatally wrong. After the conclusion of the operation in question the survivors got together at the Mess Hall on base and witnessed a news report stating that the reason they were being sent into armed conflict was merely to increase economic income for our host countries. After concluding that they were nothing more than a sacrificial group sent into battle time and time again to line the pockets of politicians and Government staff the founding members of this organization made the controversial decision to refuse their next order, Dropping their weapons and walking away from the pointless bloodbath they had become so accustomed to. Obviously this led to a court martial and dishonorable discharge for the entire unit, with them being given the unofficial name of “The Deserters” to all other assets operating within the region. The remaining members of this unit discussed the future, feeling betrayed by those who they trusted to give them direction and instructions the group decided that it was only fair to take back what was stolen from them by their once trusted governing bodies. This led to the group moving to a city where crime and villainy was famously rife, With the training and experience that they had amassed over the years of service they knew it would not take long for them to exercise their abilities to earn money and blend in with the local street gangs. Shortly after getting everyone situated into the state of San Andreas the group made the decision that every penny that they helped their government earn belonged rightfully to them so they set out to plan Bank Heists, Kidnappings and Robbery’s against government officials and workers to ensure the money they fought so hard for went to the more deserving people and not simply to the pockets of the cities Fat Cats. After time passed through unfortunate arrests and unanticipated defeats to the largely underestimated gangs of the city, numbers in The Deserters slowly began to shrink, Leading to the drastic decision to make this once tight knit family open its doors to new recruits for the first time, Thus revealing themselves to the citizens of Los Santos City. Ranking Structure The Deserters were originally unwilling to falter from their Militaristic ways, Maintaining the ranks that they had held during their service, simply referring to their elected leader as “The Commander”. After the recruitment had opened up to newer members the ranks that the founding members were accustomed to simply became the standard structure for the organization as a formal and easy to follow rank format was the most effective way to teach the new members the chain of command. ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅᴇʀ: ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅᴇʀ ɪꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ʟᴇᴀᴅᴇʀ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ, ʜɪꜱ ᴅᴜᴛɪᴇꜱ ᴀʀᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴏᴠᴇʀꜱᴇᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴍᴀɴᴀɢᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅ ꜱᴛᴀꜰꜰ ᴀɴᴅ ᴇɴꜱᴜʀᴇ ᴇꜰꜰᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴀᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ ᴍᴀɴᴀɢᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ɪꜱ ʙᴇɪɴɢ ᴄᴏɴᴅᴜᴄᴛᴇᴅ ʙʏ ᴀʟʟ ᴡɪɴɢꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴀɴʏ ᴛᴏ ɢᴜᴀʀᴀɴᴛᴇᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇꜰꜰᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇɴᴇꜱꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴀʏ ᴛᴏ ᴅᴀʏ ᴏᴘᴇʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴꜱ ᴄᴏɴᴅᴜᴄᴛᴇᴅ ʙʏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ɪᴛꜱᴇʟꜰ. ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅ (ᴄᴏʟᴏɴᴇʟ, ʟɪᴇᴜᴛᴇɴᴀɴᴛ ᴄᴏʟᴏɴᴇʟ, ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ): ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅ ᴀʀᴇ ᴀ ɢʀᴏᴜᴘ ᴏꜰ ᴍᴀɴᴀɢᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ꜱᴛᴀꜰꜰ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴄᴏɴᴛʀᴏʟ ᴅɪꜰꜰᴇʀᴇɴᴛ ꜱᴇᴄᴛᴏʀꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ, ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜɪꜱ ʀᴀɴᴋ ᴡɪʟʟ ʙᴇ ᴀʙʟᴇ ᴛᴏ ʀᴇᴄʀᴜɪᴛ, ᴅᴇᴍᴏᴛᴇ ᴏʀ ʀᴇᴍᴏᴠᴇ ᴘᴇᴏᴘʟᴇ ꜰʀᴏᴍ ᴛʜᴇɪʀ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ ꜱᴇᴄᴛᴏʀ ᴀᴛ ᴡɪʟʟ ɪɴ ᴏʀᴅᴇʀ ᴛᴏ ᴇɴꜱᴜʀᴇ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡɪɴɢ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ɢʀᴏᴜᴘ ᴄᴏɴᴛɪɴᴜᴇꜱ ᴛᴏ ᴏᴘᴇʀᴀᴛᴇ ᴇꜰꜰᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍᴍɪꜱꜱɪᴏɴᴇᴅ ᴏꜰꜰɪᴄᴇʀ (ᴄᴀᴘᴛᴀɪɴ, ʟɪᴇᴜᴛᴇɴᴀɴᴛ, 2ɴᴅ ʟɪᴇᴜᴛᴇɴᴀɴᴛ): ᴛʜᴇ ᴏꜰꜰɪᴄᴇʀꜱ ᴀʀᴇ ꜱᴜᴘᴇʀᴠɪꜱᴏʀʏ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀꜱ ᴡʜᴏ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴏᴠᴇʀ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ᴘʀᴏᴠᴇɴ ᴛʜᴇᴍꜱᴇʟᴠᴇꜱ ᴛᴏ ʙᴇ ᴇꜰꜰᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʀᴜꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴀᴋᴇ ᴅᴇᴄɪꜱɪᴏɴꜱ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴀʙꜱᴇɴᴄᴇ ᴏꜰ ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅ ꜱᴛᴀꜰꜰ ᴀꜱ ᴡᴇʟʟ ᴀꜱ ᴘʀᴏᴠɪᴅᴇ ᴛᴀꜱᴋꜱ ᴀɴᴅ ᴅᴜᴛɪᴇꜱ ᴛᴏ ᴋᴇᴇᴘ ᴛʜᴇ ɢʀᴏᴜᴘ ᴇɴᴛᴇʀᴛᴀɪɴᴇᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ʙᴜꜱʏ. ᴛʜᴇꜱᴇ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀꜱ ꜱʜᴏᴜʟᴅ ʙᴇ ʟᴏᴏᴋᴇᴅ ᴜᴘ ᴛᴏ ꜰᴏʀ ᴀᴅᴠɪᴄᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴋɴᴏᴡʟᴇᴅɢᴇ ʙʏ ɴᴇᴡᴇʀ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀꜱ ᴀꜱ ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴡɪʟʟ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀ ᴅᴇᴇᴘ ᴜɴᴅᴇʀꜱᴛᴀɴᴅɪɴɢ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡᴀʏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴀɴʏ ᴏᴘᴇʀᴀᴛᴇꜱ. ɴᴏɴ ᴄᴏᴍᴍɪꜱꜱɪᴏɴᴇᴅ ᴏꜰꜰɪᴄᴇʀ (ꜱᴇʀɢᴇᴀɴᴛ ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ, ᴍᴀꜱᴛᴇʀ ꜱᴇʀɢᴇᴀɴᴛ, ꜱᴛᴀꜰꜰ ꜱᴇʀɢᴇᴀɴᴛ, ꜱᴇʀɢᴇᴀɴᴛ): ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴄᴏ ᴘᴏꜱɪᴛɪᴏɴ ɪꜱ ʀᴇꜱᴇʀᴠᴇᴅ ꜰᴏʀ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴅɪꜱᴛɪɴɢᴜɪꜱʜᴇᴅ ᴛʜᴇᴍꜱᴇʟᴠᴇꜱ ᴀʙᴏᴠᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴇꜱᴛ, ᴀ ʀᴀɴᴋ ɪɴ ᴘʟᴀᴄᴇ ᴛᴏ ɢʀᴀɴᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴏꜱᴇ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ꜱʜᴏᴡ ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛʏ ᴀɴᴅ ꜱᴋɪʟʟ ʙᴜᴛ ᴀʟꜱᴏ ꜱʜᴏᴡ ᴀ ᴡɪʟʟɪɴɢɴᴇꜱꜱ ᴛᴏ ʟᴇᴀᴅ, ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴏʟᴇ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴄᴏ'ꜱ ᴄᴏᴠᴇʀ ᴀʀᴇ ꜱɪᴍᴘʟᴇ, ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴍᴜꜱᴛ ʜᴇʟᴘ ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴇᴡᴇʀ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀꜱ ʟᴇᴀʀɴ ᴛʜᴇɪʀ ᴡᴀʏ ᴀꜱ ᴡᴇʟʟ ᴀꜱ ᴘʀᴏᴠɪᴅᴇ ɪɴᴘᴜᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏᴠᴇʀᴀʟʟ ᴏᴘᴇʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴꜱ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ ɢʀᴏᴜᴘ, ᴀᴅᴠᴀɴᴄɪɴɢ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜɪꜱ ʀᴀɴᴋ ʀᴇQᴜɪʀᴇꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀ ᴛᴏ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀ ᴅᴇꜱɪʀᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴀᴅᴠᴀɴᴄᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ɢʀᴏᴜᴘ ᴀɴᴅ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴛʜᴀɴ ᴀɴʏᴏɴᴇ ᴇʟꜱᴇ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ɴᴄᴏ'ꜱ ꜱʜᴏᴜʟᴅ ꜱʜᴏᴡ ᴀ ᴅᴇꜱɪʀᴇ ᴛᴏ ʟᴇᴀᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʀᴀɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴɴᴇʟ. ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ (ᴄᴏʀᴘᴏʀᴀʟ, ʟᴀɴᴄᴇ ᴄᴏʀᴘᴏʀᴀʟ, ᴘʀɪᴠᴀᴛᴇ ꜰɪʀꜱᴛ ᴄʟᴀꜱꜱ, ᴘʀɪᴠᴀᴛᴇ): ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴɴᴇʟ ᴀʀᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏꜱᴛ ɪᴍᴘᴏʀᴛᴀɴᴛ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ, ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴀʀᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴀᴄᴋ ʙᴏɴᴇ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴀɪɴ ꜰᴏʀᴄᴇ ɴᴜᴍᴇʀɪᴄᴀʟʟʏ. ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴜᴛɪᴇꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴀʀᴇ ꜱɪᴍᴘʟᴇ, ꜰɪᴛᴛɪɴɢ ɪɴᴛᴏ ᴏɴᴇ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴡɪɴɢꜱ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇʏ ꜱʜᴏᴜʟᴅ ꜱᴛʀɪᴠᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴄᴏᴍᴍɪᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛᴀꜱᴋꜱ ᴘʀᴏᴠɪᴅᴇᴅ ʙʏ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜᴇʀ ʀᴀɴᴋꜱ, ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ ᴀʀᴇ ᴍᴀɴʏ ᴛʜɪɴɢꜱ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡɪʟʟ ʙᴇ ᴀꜱᴋᴇᴅ ᴏꜰ ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ᴀɴᴅ ᴀʟᴛʜᴏᴜɢʜ ꜱᴏᴍᴇ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴊᴏʙꜱ ᴡɪʟʟ ɴᴏᴛ ʙᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴏꜱᴛ ᴇɴᴊᴏʏᴀʙʟᴇ ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴀʟʟ ʜᴇʟᴘ ᴛʜᴇ ᴀᴅᴠᴀɴᴄᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ. ᴡʜᴇɴ ʀᴇᴀᴄʜɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ ꜰɪʀꜱᴛ ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ʀᴀɴᴋ ᴛʜᴇ ʀᴇᴄʀᴜɪᴛ ᴡɪʟʟ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏᴘᴛɪᴏɴ ᴛᴏ ᴄʜᴏᴏꜱᴇ ᴡʜɪᴄʜ ᴡɪɴɢ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ ᴏʀɢᴀɴɪꜱᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴡɪꜱʜ ᴛᴏ ᴊᴏɪɴ ɪɴᴛᴏ, ᴏɴᴄᴇ ᴄʜᴏꜱᴇɴ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ ᴡɪʟʟ ʙᴇ ᴀ ᴅᴇᴅɪᴄᴀᴛᴇᴅ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀ ᴏꜰ ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴏᴠᴇʀꜱᴇᴇ'ꜱ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡɪɴɢ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴡɪʟʟ ʙᴇᴄᴏᴍᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴇʀꜱᴏɴ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴛʜᴇ ᴇɴʟɪꜱᴛᴇᴅ ʟᴏᴏᴋ ᴛᴏ ꜰᴏʀ ᴡᴏʀᴋ. Identifiable Qualities Personnel within this organization can be identified by either the mix of Black and tan clothing or the Matt Tan color scheme that they utilize on their Vehicles. Although the colors are easily recognisable it was a matter of Nostalgia for the original members, Their way of always remembering where their bond originated that has passed down to all the members since. Beliefs and operational objectives get connected to the los santos drug trade get connected to the los santos Arms market Use connections stated above to establish own territory we can operate in Establish an Hq/Warehouse in our territory Eventually Open an American styled Bar/diner near or in territory Our members come from different states, however we all strongly believe that the federal government must understand that our lives are more valuable than some extra digits added to their economy each year. What better way is there to make them feel this then by effect what means most to them their money. As a collective we have spent many hours at the drawing board evaluating the best way to do this and we have all agreed on the main ways we will do this. Arms sales - The federal government collects extensive amounts of capital from arms sales every year across their states, However due to the crime rate in los santos this state alone has one of the highest amounts of guns sales annually. We aim to disrupt this by working closely with other local groups and our contacts aboard we hope to be import and move enough firearms at a competitive price therefore allowing us prevent as much legal firearms sales as possible reducing how much the government makes of arms taxes Vehicle chopping - As everyone knows every car on the road has to legally be covered by mors mutual insurance giving them full market dominance. We hope that by stealing and disassembling enough vehicles we will effectively reduce how much profits this monopoly makes each year as they will need to pay out more claims therefore also affecting how much the government makes off them. Also since mors is such a big and important company to the city we hope that the added stress and missing profits will force them to apply more pressure onto the government hopefully making them understand our views and beliefs. Drug Market - We hope that by pumping as many drugs and unregulated pharmaceuticals into the streets of los santos as we can, We can effectively help force the government into investing large amounts of their profits back into the city and away from their pockets. This is because we believe they would have to dramatically expand their paramedic and police force to combat the influx, which both are non profit organizations as well as increase the amount of drug reformer programs in the city to combat it Group Rules: 1. Have courtesy for all members 2. Wear your colors when instructed 3. Be on the frequency as frequent as you can 4. Have respect for all the rules OOC Rules: 1. Follow all ECRP server rules 2. No discrimination or bullying 3. No OOC Toxicity 4. Working microphone preferred 8 1 2

FivesEcho Posted July 17, 2024 Author Report Posted July 17, 2024 (edited) Dylan grew up in England which is where his family raised him, He had more of an ordinary childhood, Most could say boring even. He always found himself in trouble one way or another, Not having the best time with authority and quickly learned how to push his luck with everyone. It was due to this attitude and mindset that his parents sent him to the military where although beaten out of him, His lack of Defiance would not last long, Possibly for the worse depending on how this story ends. Dylan took to the military as he saw it as simple, "Do what you're told and do it better than anyone else and one day you'll tell others to do the same" Is something he'd often tell himself when being pushed and pushed to perform during basic training, After getting though his training with simply 1 count of talking out against his instructor (A mistake he quickly and painfully learned from) he found it easier and easier to move through his service, Actually gaining a respect and dedication to the role he played and forced himself to overachieve wherever necessary. His unwavering commitment and overall success during Operation: Classified landed him and the unit of which he served a position within a new JTF that was being established, For reasons either uncertain or kept from the unit they had little choice but to accept before being sent to Redacted where they were given a rendezvous location to get to. After their arrival and first briefing the Unit realised that they had been the British addition to a multi Nation NATO task force being put together to raid a large number of locations within the Redacted Region. Although never working with these other groups before all assets involved quickly saw eye to eye, Sleeping 3 feet from each other will quickly and efficiently bring people together. Little is known about exactly how the operation went down, However with 11 of the 18 assets that were dispatched to Redacted not coming back to base or being carried over the shoulder of another, Unwilling to accept what everyone could see it was clear that the intel of a lightly defended stash house was unusually yet severely incorrect. Despite the losses and the constant barrage of questions nobody suspected that Dylan would do what he did, One day sitting in the mess hall with the Television quietly reciting the news channel, People looked on as Dylan stood up, tearing his flag from his sleeve, In a silent Declaration his service was over. In a desperate attempt to sweep the failure under the rug as they say, the JTF was disbanded and all casualties were reported as Killed In Action by a fatal ambush within the Redacted region, Miles away from the incident. After being offered a small fee by the government as a "Thank you" for his service Dylan was contacted by all the other survivors of the failed Operation, Shocked to learn 6 of the 7 that survived now looked to him for ideas of the future, We suspect even Dylan didn't know at the time what they would become when he told them where to meet him. The last intel attaining to Dylan Classified that we have on record, A one way plane ticket, To the Los Santos International Airport. Edited August 1, 2024 by FivesEcho 4 1

FivesEcho Posted July 24, 2024 Author Report Posted July 24, 2024 Diplomacy After their initial recruitment The Deserters made an effort to assess the morals and operational directives that the other criminal organisations in the city possessed. After investigations were concluded whispers of a group with a similar level of disapproval of the governing body within the San Andreas area couldnt be ignored and a connection was made, after reaching out to the group in question a small team was dispatched to make formal introductions to the association to establish whether a relationship would be beneficial between the two organisations. After a brief exchange of words both organisations goals seemed aligned despite the motives differing between the two groups. A successful meeting concluding with the agreement of future talks and potential teamwork on future assignments left the Deserters feeling as though they have made a step in the direction of mission success within the Los Santos area. With Heads held high and their potential new friend quickly disappearing into the Shadows, the organisation proceeded to establish connections with the other potential friends or foes within the state. 3 1
FivesEcho Posted July 24, 2024 Author Report Posted July 24, 2024 (edited) Joint Operations After the latest diplomacy talks we were invited to a group effort involving holding an illegal laboratory where we began partaking in the mass production of some unregulated pharmaceuticals. We swiftly took them up on their offer and raced to their Hq so we could greet everyone we would be working with as there was a good number of assets from both the groups combined. After going over the mission plan, meeting everyone and setting up our radios the convoy of members set off to the lab. Once arriving we realised another group of whom we had no negative relations were already holding the labs and agreed to let us all hold it together this shot our numbers right up to around 30-35 everything was going as planned until the worst case scenario began to unfold, after around an Hour of growing and fabricating our pharmaceuticals we noticed a Vehicle belonging to a group called [Redacted] up the mountain watching us at, first we made ready in case they pulled something as we knew we had the man power advantage over them. However they never pushed, due to this a lot of the members at the lab started to get comfortable, the group that could've tried something seemed like they had no interest to do so. Because of this we all felt relatively safe and therefor allowed the drop of our guard. A short period of time passed and one of the people scouting the front of the island noticed vehicles approaching at fast pace once they were close enough that he could see past their bright head lights he noticed it was the Police and they were not alone, the Sheriff Department was also there boosting their combined man power. The radio erupted with people asking questions, people trying to plan our defence and people trying to escape while they could. We was not expecting this and had not planned for the lack of unit cohesion in the stress of such an event, because of this everyone did their own thing allowing the authorities to quickly gain a footing on the island. Before we knew it the sound of weapons firing, bullets flying and people screaming in pain filled the air. what went from a fairly peaceful operation turned into a massacre in seconds. Due to them having the element of surprise, Numbers, Firepower and the speed of which they descended on the island they was able to over power the defences established within the area causing whoever didn't get massacred in the first few minutes to attempt to flee which many were unsuccessful at and met the same fate as most of our comrades on the island. However some did luckily get away allowing the rest of the groups to learn what had happened on that island. Although The day was an overall failure Luckily the news did not remain entirely dark, One of the people working with the LSPD was identified by a trusted source after the incident, And he will meet the same fate as any brother in arms whom fell that day. FivesEcho Posted July 29, 2024 Author Report Posted July 29, 2024 (edited) Part of the Deserters and several other gangs decided to challenge the PD's driving skills in what they thought would be an exhilarating test of their own evasive manoeuvres. Their plan was not just about evading capture but also aimed at enhancing their collective evasion tactics. They organized themselves into multiple cars, intending to make the evasion more unusual and unconventional. The operation began with a Deserters member initiating a chase in his vehicle, with the expectation that one of the guys would swiftly come in to extract him after he inevitably crashed. The plan involved passing him between different cars in a coordinated effort to outmanoeuvre law enforcement. The ultimate goal was to return him safely to his own vehicle once the pursuit had been successfully eluded, allowing all involved to scatter and evade capture. Unfortunately for them, their meticulously laid plan did not unfold as anticipated. The Deserter driver crashed inside a tunnel, complicating their rescue attempt. The enclosed space made it extremely challenging for any of their accomplices to reach him. By the time they managed to arrive at the crash site, law enforcement had already apprehended the driver. Learning valuable information about police procedures while having some well deserved fun in the process provided a much needed break from the constant work the company has undergone over recent weeks Edited August 4, 2024 by FivesEcho 3 1 2

Jaxxon Posted August 1, 2024 Report Posted August 1, 2024 The Heist During a quiet afternoon at the deserters HQ there were rumours about a large stash of money within the vault of the fleeca bank down on the highway, like always the rumour travelled far and fast. Knowing that this was the perfect chance to drastically lower the banks trust and supprt of the government a plan was put into motion, with 10 deserters present and 2 potential new recruits wanting a meeting a plan was established, the new recruits would be in for much more than a simple meeting that day. After the plan was laid out to the Officers they prepped their units and laid out escape routes and proper procedures prior to us all moving to the AO, Once all necessary materials were collected and roles were understood all 10 deserters and potential recruits moved carefully toward the bank ready to initiate the operation, With 2 trusted members acting as far scout and 3 on exterior ready to provide cover and distraction the assault team moved in, in a clinical desplay of unit cohesion they were able to detain both tellers before they could reach for their alarm and get into the safe in record time. Both the assault team and the support team then crowded the table where they filled multiple bags, leaving only a few notes on the table, all assets were given the word to withdraw. utilising heavily customised motorcycles we were able to send the money carriers straight into the hills while our distriction cars with the best drivers took the police on a chase of the wild goose variety. Unfortunately the potential new recruits got more than they had bargained for, taking many police and SD units far up north in a desperate attempt to reduce the number of law enforcement personnel down in the city which was where our units rendezvous point was located. They both showed great loyalty in understanding that this is where they get caught, they ran until they couldn't and gave us enough time to ensure all 10 deserters present got away. After the Unit evaded successfully both teams loaded their cash into 4 bags at the rv point located in the back of their armoured transports, the highly customised patriot mil specs may not have escaped the police but with 2 members of the assault team armed and present in each vehicle nothing would stop them now. Convoy left RV point one and began to unload the money to 2 times contacts within the city underworld. With the assault squad on security and perimeter the support team unloaded all the cash to these 2 individuals before the unit was split in 2, one team was sent to collect stashed items/tools near the bank to ensure no loss while the other team set out to an illicit washing facility where under the protection of the assault team the organisation was able to remove all the dye packs and the the bank anti theft ink to ensure the money was spendable witthout risk. The day ended with all assets splitting the money, with The Commander setting aside a large cut for the two recruits that helped them should they survive their prison sentence. Scattering and laying low as ordered the Deserters began to prepare the next operation to destabilise the government that have taken so much from them. 4 1
Linden_Thuynsma Posted August 1, 2024 Report Posted August 1, 2024 Rob Reaper's story begins in the stark reality of a military family, where the shadow of duty and sacrifice loomed large. Born to a father who served valiantly but returned home with deep physical and emotional scars, Rob's early life was a turbulent mix of pride and pain. His father's military injury led to a descent into alcoholism, and his mother, unable to cope with the mounting pressures, sought solace in drugs. This toxic environment unraveled their family unit, ultimately placing Rob in the unforgiving system of foster care. Rob's childhood was marked by hardship and instability as he bounced from one foster home to another. Despite these challenges, or perhaps because of them, he developed a fierce resilience and determination. These qualities propelled him to join the military as soon as he was able. The structure and discipline of military life offered Rob a sense of purpose and belonging that he had long yearned for. He excelled in his training, showcasing a natural aptitude for strategy and combat, and swiftly rose through the ranks to become a highly trained special operations ranger. In the field, Rob was a formidable operative, renowned for his precision and unflinching bravery. He thrived in the chaotic symphony of gunfire and battle, finding a sense of clarity and focus that eluded him in civilian life. However, his trajectory took an unexpected turn when he crossed paths with another elite operator named Dylan during a high-stakes mission. One fateful night, amid the tension and uncertainty of their mission, Rob and Dylan engaged in a candid conversation about the classified briefs they had each received from their respective countries' leaders. As they pieced together the information, a grim realization dawned on them: they were pawns in a larger, sinister game. Their mission was a calculated suicide endeavor, designed to serve the corrupt interests of their superiors rather than any noble cause. Disillusioned and angered by this betrayal, Rob and Dylan made a bold decision to go AWOL. Abandoning their posts and the identities they had built within the military, they sought to escape the clutches of their past. Their journey led them to Los Santos, a sprawling city teeming with life and opportunities for anonymity. In the urban jungle of Los Santos, Rob and Dylan endeavored to blend in, leaving behind the echoes of their former lives and the ghosts of their betrayals. In this new chapter, Rob and Dylan navigated the complexities of civilian life, forging new identities while constantly looking over their shoulders. The city offered a precarious sanctuary, where they could rebuild and find a semblance of peace. Yet, the skills and instincts honed in the military never truly left them, and they remained ever-vigilant, prepared for whatever challenges might arise from their hidden pasts. 3 1
Borders Posted August 4, 2024 Report Posted August 4, 2024 (edited) Borders was born into a working-class family with both parents present and was given a fair start to life. Due to this, he was able to successfully progress through the country's education system. His future was looking bright for him; however, things took a turn for the worst just before he was meant to attend university. His father, who was the main earner in the household, was believed to be skimming money from the company he had been working for. Although he pleaded his innocence at first, he eventually admitted his part in the scandal, With his father gone, a ton of extra stress was placed on his mother, which over time caused her to start abusing drugs as a way to temporarily escape her situation; however, the addiction kept on growing. The frustration of seeing everything around him fall apart and the built-up anger he felt towards his father caused him to join the armed forces, thinking it would allow him to release some of the built-up anger and escape the situation he was in. However, he quickly came to learn that the situation in the armed forces was much worse than what he was dealing with back home. Borders and his comrades were quickly deployed straight into the middle of a full-on war after just weeks of training. Due to their lack of training and experience, it didn't take long for most of his platoon to either be announced MIA or, even worse, KIA. This angered Border he saw people who were slowly becoming a second family to him, slowly but Surely ended up dead or missing, and the worst thing was that he knew there was nothing he could do about it. They and many others were nothing but cannon fodder for their respective governments, whose sole purpose in this war was to fill their own pockets no matter how many lies or dead soldiers it took, as they knew they could just recruit some more and continue the cycle. Its believed Borders thought about requesting permission to leave and return home, but he thought it would fall upon death ears. So he took matters into his own hands and got into contact with a commander of an opposing rebel faction. Borders offered him information on upcoming resupplies so they could intercept and take them, in return for them to transport him to a neighbouring country allied with the rebels and provide him with a fake identity so he couldn't be traced. Once there, it was believed he boarded a connecting flight to Los Santos with the fake passport supplied by the rebels. Due to this, he has been labelled both missing and wanted. He has also been described as a traitor and has been dishonourably discharged in his absence. Edited August 4, 2024 by Borders 3 1
Jaxxon Posted August 6, 2024 Report Posted August 6, 2024 Kai has been a fixture in the state of San Andreas for as long as anyone can remember. With an uncanny knack for navigating the intricacies of Los Santos' criminal underworld, he has always managed to see the bigger picture, making him a key player in the city's illicit activities. Over the years, Kai has worn many hats: runner, gangster, shooter, biker, homie, brother, leader, and friend. His experiences span the full spectrum of street life, and he has gained a reputation for being adaptable and resourceful. However, despite his myriad roles, Kai now finds himself driven by a new purpose. After his startup, SKG, failed to take off, Kai sought out the Deserters, a group he had once hoped would join his venture. He had recognized their potential early on and was disappointed when they chose to go their own way. Nevertheless, Kai saw an opportunity to make a difference where they needed it most: experience and street smarts. Known as a kingmaker, he decided to lend his expertise to the Deserters. Kai reflected on his past: "I have led groups, I have watched them fall. I have worked for gangs, I have seen them implode. I have risen from the ashes again and again, only to be put down once more. Why should this stop me from giving it one last shot? I don't need to lead, I don't need to be on top, but this time, I will make sure the name is remembered." With this mindset, Kai has dedicated himself to guiding the Deserters, using his vast experience to help them navigate the treacherous streets of Los Santos. He may not seek the spotlight, but he is determined to leave an indelible mark on the criminal landscape, ensuring that the Deserters rise to prominence and their name echoes through the annals of San Andreas' underworld. 1 1
