Sox Posted July 8, 2024 Report Posted July 8, 2024 (edited) Quote The History of Xero Corporation. Proud owner of Tung & Co, and Friday Night Fights, Xero Corp. was brought to life in July, 2024. It started with Jonny Tung who had been hustling since his first day in the city. He would find odd jobs before finally becoming a mechanic and having the financial stability to open his first venture as a private citizen. He decided to do both graphic and interior design for people which quickly gained a clientele and led him to expand his brand by using social media as ways to promote his business. As Jonny began to engage more with the community he kept noticing someone who had a prevalent following called Lilian Grey. One day Jonny approached Lilian Grey, after recognizing her from her Life Invader presence at the Pacific Standard Bank. He discussed his plans with her about his business venture and inquired about the possibility of a long term partnership as head of marketing. After talks and discussions, a partnership had been formed with Lilian Grey taking on the role of Chief Marketing Officer in the company now officially registered as Jonny Tung Co. Tung and Grey work tirelessly continuing to build the clientele and community influence with name recognition. That was the beginning. Under the newly formed name “Tung & Co”, these business partners were hopeful to make a big name for themselves as a legal corporation in Los Santos. Combining their resources, with Jonny working for the Department of Economic Development, and Lilian as an advertiser for Weazel, Tung & Co started brainstorming even more ideas together, before adding Alfie Watch, Tung’s co-worker and GSB member, who would prove to be a very valuable asset to their corporation. Alfie provided them with strong connections to the general public as a member of city government and a previous business owner, as well as helped them create spreadsheets and formulas for managing and calculating income and costs making him the official Chief Financial Officer of the company. After a few more projects, Tung & Co decided to invest in an official office space, acquiring it for $1,600,000 on June 30th, 2024, via a property mortgage agreement with the state government . By acquiring this property, Tung & Co would finally have a space to conduct business in a more professional capacity, increasing the value of the company. After reaching the property milestone, Tung & Co. Directors Grey, Watch and Tung decided to look at what was next on the horizon, developing a concept that would create buzz in the community and drive our business forward. Less than a week later, An idea to create Friday Night Fights was born, an event held weekly that would feature pillars of the community and local fighting aficionados boxing on a winner takes all basis. With food vendors coordination it would be Tung & Co’s biggest projects yet which required a massive expansion. After a discussion with the Tung & Co leadership, Xero Corporation was born and from that point on, we were in saving mode. The board of directors grinded long hours at their respective jobs to gather up a substantial amount of wealth, as we remained vigilant for potential investments. Following the creation of Friday Night Fights, Xero Corp began to prospect for a potential host who would have the ability to elevate and run an event of that magnitude consistently every week. After talks and discussions, all hope seemed lost as the timing and availability would just be too difficult to pull off, Jonny met Erin Rhodes. Erin Rhodes, a Master EMT in the LSEMS with prior fight club hosting experience and connections to take an event of this caliber to the next level. Tung conferred with Grey and they decided to offer the prestigious position to Rhodes, bringing her on as the Event Host and Coordinator of Friday Night Fights. Edited July 13, 2024 by Sox 1

These goals are: Increase Revenue and Profits in an Ethical Way: As a business entity, our goal is to generate income through investments. We want to build long lasting relationships with customers and earn their business each time they reach out to us. We made the promise that we shall leave customers better than we found them, and we intend to keep that. This is done by ensuring that in every step of the hiring process we are maintaining a high standard while guaranteeing a vetted employee when it’s time to assist a client. Developing a quality recruitment process is key. Foster Community Engagement and Support: Through sponsorships and outreach initiatives, Friday Night Fights will be the way we give back to the community. As we continue to expand and develop this concept it is crucial that we engage with fellow business owners to conceive a professional relationship that will impact the way we run our events. Friday Night Fights has the potential to bring the community closer and give people an outlet to resolve conflict in a controlled, safe and fun environment. The amount of work it takes is abundant but we are dedicated to making something that we will be proud to be our names next to. Edited July 13, 2024 by Sox 1
Sox Posted July 8, 2024 Author Report Posted July 8, 2024 (edited) Quote Jonny Tung was born in Hanoi Vietnam to Frank and Gini Tung. Though he attend school and followed the status quo, Jonny never felt at ease. Eventually becoming a Vietnamese lawyer, Jonny Tung tried to make sense of what cards he was dealt and how he could make the most of it, and no matter what he did-it was never enough. One day an ad for his favorite show came on "Fame or Shame" which showcased the typical American Dream of wanting to be something you're not but this didn't deter Jonny. He thought that though his quotidian life was simply boring, He was destined to do more. Jonny Tung booked a one way ticket to Los Santos, to find and seek the thrill that he was craving. Immediately, Jonny knew it was time to hustle with so many opportunities to pursue. With the money came with he bought a small car and began to drive around until eventually needing to repair it which lead him to a modshop. Jonny was intrigued at the people working on cars so he decided to become a mechanic to have a bit more consistent income rather than working as a road worker. From then on, Jonny hustled his way through work in order to obtain the most amount of return for his time. After attending a small house party, Tung was flabbergasted by the interior decorations and after asking his friend the price, all Jonny thought about was how he could learn so he could charge those prices. Jonny spent months mastering his craft before taking advantage of social media since he couldn't afford ads. This is where Jonny saw Lilian's influence on LifeInvader and when he eventually found her in person, he knew that this was the chance to propel his business forward... Edited July 13, 2024 by Sox 1
Sox Posted July 8, 2024 Author Report Posted July 8, 2024 (edited) Quote Lilian Grey, much like Tung, has taken little time to make success in the city. Coming from a small town in the midwest, this was not an easy feat. Prior to her biggest adventure yet, Lily grew up in a small town with her older brother, mother, and father. She spent her time to herself, always having the bug to explore and create. Academically gifted, Lily was diligent in her studies. Outside of school, Lily found enjoyment in watercolors and baking, passions she continues to foster in San Andreas. Grey began her time in the city slinging burgers and servicing fries at Burgershot. She took to Lifeinvader to share her journey as a newcomer to San Andreas. Soon she gained the attention of Jonny Tung, who admired her vulnerability and comentary of what it means to be a small fish in a very large pond. Soon Grey was brought on to Xero Corp. as Director of Marketing. Grey absorbs herself in creativity. It is hard to miss her loud excitement for life. She embraces the colors of life through art, design, fashion, and nature. Since the inception of Xero, Lilian devotes her time in both working diligently on Friday Fight Nights as well as her full time role as an employee of Weazel News. Tensions are building up as Xero sets to host a massive event and she continues to work diligently! Edited July 13, 2024 by Sox 1
Sox Posted July 8, 2024 Author Report Posted July 8, 2024 (edited) Quote Alfie Watch flew his way into the city from the UK upon arriving in the city he immediately started discovering opportunities for himself trying to find something he would enjoy. He first started as a bus driver completing some bus routes earning himself his first bit of money before he applied to be a Mechanic at LSC. Alfie was thrilled to be accepted and start his new career as a Mechanic. Alfie worked as hard as he could for months before deciding it's time for a career change this is when he made his way into the LSPD to protect the people of Los Santos and make it a better place for people to enjoy. After just a few months in the LSPD Alfie began to think that this is not the right place for him to be, this is when he saw a job opening for a Government Security Agent. Alfie saw this and instantly thought that this was the right job for him he immediately submitted his application and got accepted! Alfie was thrilled by this opportunity and has made his way up the ranks to where he is now. This is when he met Jonny Tung and took interest in his business idea after talking about it for a while Jonny offered Alfie the rank of CFO. Alfie jumped on this opportunity and has since been helping out in the company doing behind the scenes jobs like spreadsheets and finding easier ways to manage the business. Sox Posted July 8, 2024 Author Report Posted July 8, 2024 (edited) Quote Erin Rhodes was born Erin Faustin in Vancouver, BC, but was raised in Liberty City. She endured a grim, violent upbringing, a result of her uncle's insidious crime family. This experience pushed her to resent her family, and to vow to never end up like them. She eventually moved back to Canada at the age of 18 and enrolled herself into university, later coming out of medical school with her MD/PhD. Erin would suffer losing her license to practise in Canada due to murky circumstances, and, disgraced, she fled her life again, starting over in San Andreas. Embittered and desperate, she took whatever odd jobs she could, regardless of their relative legality. She was arrested not long after and processed as a felon to DOC. Not one to resign herself to her fate, she fought to prove her innocence - and after a long, costly legal battle, was able to clear her name while working as a mechanic at LSC. Erin eventually joined LSEMS, later rising to the ranks of Surgeon / Master EMT and even dabbling in SAGOV's PR department for a time. She met the love of her life in San Andreas, one CeeCee Rhodes, and they would later be wed in a small ceremony surrounded by friends and loved ones. Erin's outlook on life has changed considerably, but she remains unwaveringly committed to medicine and a disgust in (non-consensual) violence. Edited July 13, 2024 by Sox 1
Sox Posted July 22, 2024 Author Report Posted July 22, 2024 (edited) Quote One Week Out: friday night fights is coming Time crunch! sorting logistics and figuring out the strategy Xero Corporation was running out of time. They needed to figure out how exactly they were going to pull off such a massive event only one week out. Lilian and Erin began to track down the main factors like security, entertainment, and catering as Alfie and Jonny began to sort out a spending budget for the fight. They all worked diligently and the vision was coming together on what a night like this would look like and how they could set a standard for future fight nights. lILIAN AND ERIN: THE GREAT lOGISTICICAL ROLLECOASTER Lilian Grey and Erin Rhodes had begun to realize the sheer ask of the fight night and what it meant to host a successful event of that magnitude. They caught their breaths and began to work. The morning after the strategy meeting, Lily and Erin sat down with notebooks, laptops and a large whiteboard beginning to think about the possible logistics that would make Friday Night Fights into a big success in the community. “First, what are we doing for the Venue?” Lilian started, while writing some of her ideas on her notepad before Erin eagerly responds with “Already taken care of, trust me!”. lILIAN AND ERIN: THE GREAT lOGISTICICAL ROLLECOASTER cONTINUED... Erin asked for a meeting at an old venue she used to run when she did her own fight nights to which Jonny, Alfie, and Lilian were astonished by the venue Erin had built. They all sighed of relief as the venue was just the vibe they were looking for. “Now that we have this sorted...Jonny, Alfie where do we land with budgeting” Erin asked as she crossed her arms and gave them a smile. “No limit, I want this night to go great so please forward any receipts to Alfie so we can track our expenses so we have a baseline going into our next fights” Jonny replied as the team nodded their heads. Meanwhile... Alfie and Jonny: navigating finances Jonny and Alfie were tasked with delegating and setting an allotted budget for the event. They created documents and spreadsheets to try and be as organized as possible. Some late nights and long days later and they had concocted a plan that would achieve their financial goals with the Fights it was all a matter of time until they could execute what would be their biggest night as a company. With taking into account security, catering and prizes they knew the financial commitment they were signing up for. Yet with the high cost of it both of them looked optimistic as there was a big potential to draw a big crow which at the end of the day would make it worth the experience. While Jonny and Alfie continued to chip away at the financial burden they were facing, Lilian began to run a full on media blitz which garnered the attention of big names around the city. Buzz was beginning to form. Edited July 22, 2024 by Sox 2
