/vehiclestats page 1 shows too many vehicles

Issue/bug you are reporting: This was "fixed" in January and the concept is great, however page 1 shows way too many vehicles which results in not being able to scroll to the top seeing all vehicles. I have 3 pages in total and only page 1 shows too many vehicles, leading me to not being able to scroll to the top.

Expected behavior:  Be able to see all vehicles using /vehiclestats

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Get 100+ cars and check out page 1
