Issue/bug you are reporting:  Vehicles unparking themselves at Alta, Tinsel, Eclipse and other apartments, it was reported multiple times.

Expected behavior:  Not to unpark themselves.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Park cars at Alta once in a while and they randomly unpark themselves, it happens a few times and it's not only at Alta i saw it at other apartments too.

Vehicle license plate number*:  N/A, this could be tested with a few cars.
