Packed cash in house/store robberies should not be marked when cut open.

There should be a new item created called "Pure packed cash" or "Unmarked cash" that when cut open gives you pure cash and there is no marked cash. It makes no sense that there is marked money in a safe of a house robbery or laying around in a normal persons house.

The marked money should only be from ATMs or banks.
